Chapter 6: Kidnapped Part 1 (Another world.)

"E-Excuse me but... Is your hair... on fire?" I ask.

The woman smiles at me and speaks softly. "Nay. The fire you see here is attached to my fair head." She says. Why is she talking like that? I start to get a bad feeling and I pass out. When I wake up, I find myself in another bed room. The whole room is made from different types of stone. Where am I this time?! I hear the door to the bedroom open slowly and I quickly turn my gaze to it. A woman with a white & yellow dress and flaming hair walked in.

"Oh good. You're awake."

She slowly wakes over to me and hands me a wooden cup. "Here... Have some water. You will need it." I take the cup and chug the water down. She sits on a chair next to me and looks at me with worried eyes. "Young traveller, are you alright? You have collapsed in the shopping center." I look at her and shake my head no. "Tell me young traveller, what ails you?" She says. "I-I'm lost. I don't know where I am." I say softly. She smiles at me softly.

"Worry not young traveller for I shall tell you where you are. You are in Sundale village."

"Sundale village? What's that? Is that a new city in Japan?" I ask. She looks at me confused. "Ja-pan? I assure you that this "Japan" does not exist here in Moonstone valley. Are you from another dimension?" Moonstone?! Moonstone valley?! I'm in Moonstone valley... But how? I look at the woman. "Listen lady... I'm not from this world. I am from a world wear magic is not used and creatures like you do not exist. I live in a place called Earth" She giggles at me. I don't think she believes me. "You don't believe me do you?"

"No... I believe you. I visit earth many times before, but it is my first time speaking to a human that is not the shop keeper." She says.

I smile in relief. "Thank god someone is from Earth. I'm Satoru. What's your name?" "Cocoa." She says softly. "Ms. Cocoa... I need to know how to get back to earth. Is there a way to go back to my world?" I ask. Cocoa look at me seriously. "I am afraid not young Satoru, for you see... the portal to Earth has been closed for many days and many nights. It will open again, but only on the day Celestia returns to Moonstone and opens it in a random location."

"And how long do you thing that'll take?" I ask.

"If I am correct... About a week and a half." Cocoa says. I dropped my head onto the pillow and heaved a heavy sigh. A week and a half?! That'll take forever. Not to mention that it'll open in a random stop and Moonstone is huge. I forget my worries and look at Cocoa. "Hey Cocoa... What type of creature are you exactly?" Cocoa looks at me with a smile. "I am a fire nymph as you can see."

"A nymph? Aren't nymphs made from water, grass or wood from the forest?" I ask.

"I am a rare nymph. Born in The Glade. A magical forest were all nymphs and another creatures are born." She says. I'm still confused. "If you were born in a forest, how are you a fire nymph?" "It is said that a tree from the forest was set ablaze and similar to a phoenix, I was born from the ashes. Dare I ask, how did you get to our village young Satoru?" She asks. "I was kidnapped from Earth brought here, but I escaped." "Kidnapped?! What for? Are you not just a mere human boy?" She asks. I shake my head no.

"Are you in one of the guilds?" She asks.

"You... could say that." "May I see?" She asks again. I slowly unbutton my shirt and show her the green infinite sign on my chest. Cocoa look at me in shock. She grabs me and tries to rub the sign off but it remains how it is. "You... You really are a descendent of Celestia. It is no wonder why you were taken to Moonstone." She bows to me then looks at me with a smile. "Do not fear young Satoru, for I, Cocoa Brightwing, shall return you home safely and unharmed!" This chick has a lot of confidence.

"Thanks Cocoa." I say with a smile.

"But I will tell you that you shall be sharing a room with a dear friend of mine. He has a bit of a problem when it comes to handling his anger but he means very well." I raise my brow in confusion until I hear the door to the bedroom open. "Cocoa, I think we are out of bread again. Shall I-" The person stops mid sentence and looks at me. It was a man. He had blonde hair with red highlights.

"Who is this fool?"

Him calling me fool gets me a bit pissed. "Hey, try looking in a mirror." I say irritated. "Watch your tone towards him. He's a very special guest. Second, we are trying to help him get back to his world on earth." Cocoa says nicely. The man's eyes widen. "A human?! I've never seen one in Sundale village before. My name is Ryoji."

"Well Ryoji, I need to get back home. Problem is the portal opens in a 10 days."

"Cocoa should be able to help you." He says with a serious look on his face. "Hey... You said you've never seen a human before?" I ask. "Yes. In Sundale, humans rarely appear because there are mostly magical creatures." I look at Ryoji like he was crazy. "You're not human?" I ask. "No. I'm what's called a half-beast. It's a human with animal like qualities." He doesn't have any animal like qualities. As I get a good look at Ryoji I saw something long and white waving around behind him.

"A-A tail?!" I yell.

"I told you. I'm a half-beast. I have cat like qualities to be more precise." He says. I shouldn't be surpirsed. I'm in Moonstone but it's not really human here. "So will you help him?" Cocoa asks. "I shall not help a human." He says. "I thought you said you've never seen a human before?!" I yell in anger. "I said I have never seen one before... Never said I like them." He asks calmly as he walks out of the room.

"What's that guy's problem?" I yell in anger.

"Please forgive his behavior. He is like a child when he sees things he doesn't know." Cocoa says calmly. I look at her confused. "What do you mean?" "I mean he will not trust some random wanderer who appeared before him." Cocoa says. "So... He doesn't like strangers?" "Yes." I roll my eyes but chuckle a bit. He's like a little kid with a tiny tamper.

"It is getting pretty late. In Moonstone, our time is 6 hours faster than earth time. So I would say it is 10:00pm. Maybe you should rest up a bit?" Cocoa says while smiling.

"Sure. Thanks for the bed." I say. Cocoa giggles. "It is no problem. You're a guest. Good night." She says as he leaves the room. I yawn and lay my head down on the pillow. Wow... This bed is really soft. Before I could close my eyes, the window opens up and I instantly sit up. It was just the sudden burst of wind. That scared me like hell. I get up from the bed and closed it shut before going back into bed. Man... I'm really tired. I slowly close my eyes and fall asleep.
