(Just a little disclaimer: not everything is accurate, so I apologize for that---)

"You did great today, Aaron. I'll see you next session and keep writing in that journal! It seems to help you a lot!" His therapist called after him. Aaron smiled, "thank you, Dr. Kami! See you next time." He walked out of the room and down the hallway with his small leather journal in his hands. The bald man headed out of the front entrance of the cozy building. He walked into the rain but it wasn't an issue to him; it was comforting. Aaron sat into the driver's seat of his black van. Looking at the time, he was late for the meeting with the rest of the GA crew at the Madhouse Cafe but he was sure they would understand. He placed the key in the ignition and started to head to the location.

You're wondering why he was in therapy, aren't you? You see, his ex-wife, Sheena, was recently murdered by her boyfriend and that hit Aaron hard...too hard. He slipped into a depressive state for weeks, losing interest into his paranormal career. Zak, who felt pure empathy for the man, told him that he can take some time off to get himself back together. Through the time, the other guys visited him to make sure that he was still doing okay. His friends couldn't help him however. So they suggested that he went to therapy, hoping that it'll work.

He went to a therapist named Dr. Kami. After talking for a week, she suggested that he could try writing his feelings down in the journal since he was bottling his feelings due to the fear of worrying his friends. He tried it out for his and his friends' sake. It effectively brought the man's optimistic behavior back and he got back into his career after 2 weeks of therapy. You can say that the GA crew was delighted to have him back.

[Zak]

I took another sip of my black coffee as I wait for Aaron to arrive. Billy and Jay sat across from me, talking about aliens and wondering if they talk our language. I chuckle, "that'd certainly be interesting." I looked over to the entrance of the cafe and saw Aaron walk over with a smile. Of course, the goofy man forgot his umbrella.

"Aaron! Hey, man, how are you?" Billy asked as he patted the seat beside him, offering him a seat. He sat down, placing the keys to his van and his phone on the table. "I'm doing great, thanks." I smiled over to him, "That's good, dude. Do you want me to order for you?" He thought for a second. "Sure, do you remember my order?" "Yeah, unlike how you forgot an umbrella." We all chuckled as I got up out of my chair.

I walked over to the cashier, "I would like a medium French Vanilla Latte with whipped cream on top and a chocolate-covered donut, please." She nodded as she entered to the order into the machine in front of her. "That'll be $12.67, Mr. Bagans." I paid her and she went to prepare his coffee. I stepped to the side so other people can get their refreshments. Looking at the other guys, I smiled; they were happy and chatting. I have to say, it was great to have my friend back.

That journal really has helped him get through the depression. He told me it was for writing down feelings, secrets, and what's going on. It was like a diary but he always called it a journal. I see him write in it all the time but it wasn't an issue for me. Aaron would put it away for our investigations, not letting it interfere with our productions. Though, I always wondered what he wrote down. I hypothesized that if I took a peek, I could understand him more but I couldn't do that to him. It could ruin his trust for me.

"Here you go, Mr. Bagans." She handed me the coffee and a small box with the donut in it. I thanked her and went back over to the guys. I placed the items in front of Aaron before sitting back in my seat next to him. "Thank you, Zak." He smiled, making my heart race a bit. "You're welcome, man." I smiled as he dug into his donut. My phone went off and I pulled it out, turning it on. I received a message from... Billy?

I raised an eyebrow as I opened the message;

Billy (11:34 AM): When are you going to tell him?

I sighed quietly and looked up from the screen to see Billy giving me a look. I rolled my eyes and texted back;

Me (11:35 AM): Not now, Bill, maybe in a week to give him more time to recover from Sheena's death. It's only been a couple of weeks since then.

Billy: (11:36 AM): True, but you need to tell him once that week is over, man. It's okay to tell him how you feel. I know you didn't have a good love life because of that jealous ghost in your home but  you should give it a try again.

Me (11:37 AM): I know, I know. Thank you, Billy.

[Jay]

I finished off my Iced Mocha and looked over to Billy, curious what he was doing. He was texting Zak about his crush on Aaron, telling him that he should tell him how he felt but he said that Aaron needed more time for him to recover from Sheena's death. I agreed with Zak but at the same time, he had a crush on Aaron since the beginning of Ghost Adventures. Aaron had a crush on him around the same time. A little after Bill and I joined, they would sometimes go to us and ramble on and on about how amazing the other is; it was adorable.

"Hey guys, since we have a new investigation in Bountiful, Utah, we should go home and rest for the flight tomorrow at 7 AM." Zak broke the silence that engulfed us. "Yeah, we should head home," Billy agreed. Aaron nodded and stood up along with Zak, "it was good to see you guys again after our little break." Zak looked over to Aaron with a smile, "it was, bro." He walked out out of the cafe with Aaron following. Billy and I decided it was our cue to go as well so we headed to my place to enjoy the rest of the day cuddling with some movies.
