Y/n's Background (Y/n's pov)

"It is it we are in love he is my missing peace Allie, I cant wait to marry him" I said as I have just finished reading his note to me.
" you are so in love with him Leigh I am so happy for you" Allie said " Thank God I have someone like you as my best friend" I said as Allie walked out I had to go walk down the isle. As I did I saw Alex, we did it we were getting married"

"Eww that's gross" I said turning the t.v off "Love is so fake. I hate romantic movies they are so unrealistic" I said my best friend obviously didn't agree " Thats not true you just haven't found the one... you will though" Jada said giving me a serious face " oh dont give me that look its so annoying" and it was its a mix between disappointed and angry "well stop thinking you wont find love Y/n" I knew she was right I shouldn't give up complete hope after Johnathan I mean it has been 3 years but, thats not the truth is I've been lying to myself it wasn't because of  my Ex I stoped loving it was because of my parents, they got a divorce right after me and Johnathan broke up. I guess the break up was the perfect way to cover up the pain of my parents. Just as I dosed off Jada called me out of my thinking "Y/n we need to go to the store there is no food in this house"  I huffed "fine lets go" We never had no food in our apartment, we started living together after my parents got divorced. But back to the real world, we both put on our shoes and left.

As we were walking there was this guy who bumped into me as I looked I saw two boys with Cowboy hats eww country boys. They for sure just had a beer or something because I could smell the horrible thing I have been avoiding drinking the past 3 years. So I just rolled my eyes and kept walking.

At the store
We got to the store grabbed some food and drinks then a lot of snacks for our weekly movie night and headed home.

At the apartment
"I think cowboy is into you"
"What are you talking about Jada?"
" oh come on Y/n you saw the way he looked at you." Of course I did but cowboys there not my type " I dont know what you mean there was no look"
"Ok fine but if we see him again you are getting his number"
" Eww. Why?" I was honestly confused she knows I think country boys are gross
" Because"
"Because what your not my mother you cant just say because."
"Well I can and I just did now shut up we are watching Thor"
"Ugh again we watch that like every week"
"What he is hot now shut it, it is starting"
"Fine" happened to be all I could say before I decided to dose off.
