- everyone is different! Some girls first period lasts 3 days, and others last 10 days! Every girl's period is different.

- the most common ages for your first period to start is 11 - 12. It can start as late as 16, and as early as 9! But, if you get yours at the age of nine, ask your parents to speak with your doctor, if you didn't your period and your 16, ask your doctor.

- the first person to tell if you started your period is your mom, an older cousin who started their period, or any grown women who you trust.

- don't worry, even your mom is on her period, everyone gets it. It's chill.

- periods usually end around ages 40 - 50. Upmost people periods ended at 51 years old.
