The process never hurt physically but for her, a hole has been carved inside her heart. "I want mashed potatoes, some beef stock, and also roasted chicken plus a salad to keep it healthy." Ruby answered while stuffing her mouth with the food he made. 

"For your dessert?"

"I want ice cream. Strawberry flavored and let's also buy some cakes."

"Alright. I'll prepare your outfit while you have your breakfast. Do clean up the dishes when you finish."

"Will do, Martis." Her mate placed a kiss on the top of her head before slithering back to their room, leaving Ruby to her own devices.
