I also take graphic request but on a non-commital basis. This essentially means I hold the right to refuse your request even if you've posted a form. I will reply to your form whether your request is accepted or not.
Bear in mind that if I do refuse your request, it is out of respect. Sometimes my schedule takes the most of me or my mind just isn't in the right place, and I prefer not to deliver half-assed covers.
I also accept requests written in Bahasa Malaysia. Isi je macam mana yang korang selesa ;)

1. No redo. An exception to this would be if I misspelled anything in the final product.
2. Maximum of ONE cover per order (with the exception of style 5).
3. Published stories/works only, with a minimum of 2 chapters. Cast, aesthetic, playlist, preface etc. do count as chapters in this house ;)
4. Please proofread your form before submitting.
5. I charge very minimal so please don't expect too much. I am but a humble mobile editor.
6. I'm comfortable in doing any genre except banned content (eg: gore, erotica, abuse etc).
7. State your password anywhere in your form. Password is your favourite character from your favourite TV show or anime (eg: Castiel from Supernatural).
