25: GROUP DATE

"Tch.." I saw Kai clenched his jaw from my peripheral vision.

"Uhmm.." D.O looked at me and Lisa, still flustered that we are fighting over him.

"I choose Chaeyoung-sii." He said that made both me and Lisa sulked and Jisoo Unnie giggles.

Chaeyoung, who only cares about her food, stop eating for a moment to smiled at him "okay." She said and proceeds to eating again.

"So it's settled then, Chaeyoung and Kyungsoo. Lisa and Sehun. Kai and Jennie. And me and my Jisoo." Suho intertwined his hand with Jisoo Unnie's.

"I pick Sehun." I said and rested my back on my chair.

"I'm okay with that." Sehun answered and glare at Lisa. "I can stand dating you for a day than being with Limario--"

I saw Sehun looked at Kai for a second, "on another thought, I think it will be better for me to be with Lisa."

"But--"

"Okaaayy!!" Jisoo Unnie clapped her hand, cutting me off.

In the end, I lose.

Good thing this is a group date so I am not left alone with Kai even though the other pairs seems like they have their own  world. Chae and Kyungsoo are conversing about food and cooking, Jisoo Unnie and Suho are flirting with each other while Sehun and Lisa are having an endless bickering.

Me and Jongin? He's busy with his phone while I am busy reading a boring book. We basically are acting like each other doesn't exist.

"That's it!" Jisoo Unnie groaned that made all of us look at her. "The only pair that is working here is me and Suho and Chae and D.O! Can't you guys also cooperate?" She glared specifically at me and Lisa.

I fought the urge to roll my eyes because Jisoo Unnie is a cute person but she is a monster when she's mad.

"I don't see the need to flirt with bubble tea." And here is Lisa, brave enough to receive a death wish.

"And you think I want to date a tomboy?" Sehun argued back.

"Sehun!" Suho scolded him which made Lisa stuck her tongue out.

"Seriously?" I said, getting their attention. "I think this is a set up. I don't get why you would put me in this kind of situation Unnie." I said icily.

Jisoo Unnie laughed nervously, "what set up are you talking about Jendeuki? This is.. uhm.. not like that."

It is. I can see through her eyes. Their plan. I know.

I gritted my teeth. I stood up and is ready to leave when a certain giant member of EXO block my way.

"You guys are having fun without us? That sucks." Chanyeol grinned from ear to ear.

"Annyeong!" Baekhyun wave his hands from behind Chanyeol. "Jen! You're leaving already? But we just got here!" He even pouted and sat in between me and Jongin as if we are close.

I awkwardly sat again because of the two who just got here. I don't even know why but maybe I am curious of what's gonna happen and I don't want to miss the fun. Besides, all my members are here.

"Can I share? I'm hungry. " Chanyeol said as he sat in between Chaeyoung and D.O, grabbing a pork and eating on Chaeyoung's plate.

"You guys looks like a couple here.." Baekhyun said as he look around.

"We're having a date." Jongin answered him with an annoyed expression.

"You are dating Jennie again?" Baekhyun asked then look at me with a teasing smile.

I rolled my eyes at him. "No."

"Yeah.." Kai's soft answer.

I glared at Jongin because of that and Baekhyun chuckles. "Anyways, looks like you guys are not having fun anymore since we saw Jennie almost walking out."

"It's just a misunderstanding..haha." Jisoo Unnie laughs nervously.

"Okay, then why don't we play a game? Let's have fun!" Baekhyun suggested.

"I'm in!" Suho quickly agrees making D.O, Chanyeol, and Sehun to agree as well.

"As long as I can beat Bubble Tea to it." Lisa said with full determination.

"If food is the price then why not?" Chaeyoung clapped her hands.

"I'm game!" Jisoo Unnie said with full enthusiasm.

"What about you Jen?" Baekhyun turn to me.

Well, I chose to stay here to have fun so I shrugged my shoulders, "let's play."

"And you? Kai?" Baekhyun then turned to Kai who is.. the most silent among all of us here.

"Game." He said as he tilted his head to look at me which I just ignored.

I saw Baekhyun chuckles, it looks like he's being entertain for some reason.

"So, the game will be truth or dare!" Baekhyun said, his voice full of excitement.

"I have a bottle!" Chaeyoung said as she pulled out a mineral water from her bag ang puts it in the middle of the table.

"The only rule in this game is to not lie. Because once you lie in your truth, you will have to face the most cruel consequences." Baekhyun warns.

"And what would it be?" I asked.

"Secret. That's for you guys to be scared of." Baekhyun answered.

"And how do we know if someone is telling the truth and not lying?" Lisa asked.

"Oh that reminds me, we just bought it on the way." Chanyeol suddenly pulls out a lie detector machine out of his backpack.

"Let the game begin?"-Baekhyun.

I bit my lower lip, having a bad feeling about this game but I don't have any reason to back out.
