there are over 23 categories, 15 entries per category will be accepted. 

all the categories won't start at the same time, to save some time for myself and all have different forms and will be opened at different dates. 

Two days after posting of the first category, second one will be opened. 

I'll be monitoring the forms, once the categories are filled up I'll accept the forms, after checking whether all the rules are followed.

the judging will begin right after the forms are accepted. after 3 days of accepting, the results will be posted.
