People fall in love in mysterious ways

Some found their other half by accident, by fate, carriages that cross pass on the sturdy road but you, somehow, never believed in love. At least, not after your parents divorced each other, of course.

You chose to follow your doting mother as the both of you redistributed here on the countryside where the tiny plants flourished into soaring trees, enhancing the sight by bringing it a sense of sereneness; the countryside where people were generally polite, courageous and in the fine fettle.

It had been less than thirteen hours since you stepped foot here but you've already grown fond of it. You inhaled the moist air with a trace of cow dung and exhaled deeply; a smile crept up your face in delight.

"Isabel, do come here and help your mother out." She pleads, pulling a bunch of suitcases out from the carriage with her fragile arms. Your face softens and darted right next to her, lightly touching her shoulder. "Let me carry those." You gave her a reassuring smile.

She didn't look quite convinced and hesitated to leave but did it anyway since it's her beloved daughter's request. You bent a little and grasp your hand onto the handle with a grunt. What was in those things? Boulders?

Nevertheless, you managed to balance both of the heavy suitcases with your arms and trailed behind your mother who was headed towards our new house. You felt a tingling sensation as soon as you noticed a hoary cottage behind the thick trees, lightly skipping between each step. "Is that it?" you asked your mother who replied with a nod, a broad smile across her face.

There was a brown wooden fence around the house, seven acres of scrubs, a little paddock beside a bulky oak tree, a tranquil pond, and trees that were loaded with apples, oranges and such. You couldn't help but wonder how much all of it cost but you know damn well that it was worth more than a loaf of bread.

Both of you made your way inside the house and was left flabbergasted-the sight was beyond alluring that your mouth was agape, a fly could've flown right in. No words were uttered as you proceed to roam aimlessly around the house.

The living room could accommodate about 30 sheep's; you've calculated for whatever reasons. The floor was made of solid wood, practically covered in dust but a little sweep and it will probably disperse into the air. There were at least five windows there with linen curtains. Overall, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room and a living room. Not bad.

"You go check your room while I'll have a little chit-chat with our neighbours." Your mother proclaimed, already standing outside. You were more than pleased to go. The way upstairs was brief and you finally reached your room. The door creaked when you pushed it open, revealing a nice place that was fit for sleeping, reading and dying.

You threw yourself on top of the pliable bed and wrapped yourself like a burrito using the blanket as you sigh heavily.

You were certain that tomorrow was going to be hectic day
