Addison wears a mask over her face most of the time, rarely taking it off unless she's alone or she trusts you completely.
Why is her face fucked up? She wanted to fix her eyes and jawline. But, the surgery went wrong and it required her eyes needing to get removed (hence why there's black circles in place of her eyes, those are her sockets.) She also had liposuction done on her arms and legs, which is why she has bandages there too. If you were to look under her shirt, you'd see that she has no breasts due to a breast implant surgery also going wrong, but that was a bit after her facial surgery, so the bandages still have blood
