The next morning I slowly opened my eyes, confused on where I was. I heard the sound of rumbling thunder and the sound of heavy rain, my eyes then flicking to the floor, surveying the heap of clothes that covered it. My eyes fully opened when I remembered last night; how it had gone to a simple convo, then a passionate kiss, then to intense sex. I remembered grasping onto his silk body, my arms still sore from doing so. The noises that I had made that I didn't think I would ever make ringed in my ears, along with his voice. I let out a small sigh, knowing that I had done it. I had made the one thing that I desperately wished that would happen, but yet not, come true.
I pulled the blanket up, covering my exposed shoulder. As I went to move onto my stomach, a throbbing pain came from my lower leg, escalating to my area. I groaned a bit, turning onto my side, looking up as a pair of heterochromic eyes settled on mine. I looked at him, his smirk on his face as he looked at me. I then let my eyes drift to his well muscled chest, memories flooding back.
"You're awake my dove," he said, catching my attention.
I looked up at him, giving him a small smile, watching as he moved closer. "I love you," I said, the only thing that left my mouth.
His eyes lit up as he wrapped his hand around my waist, pulling me towards him. I felt him put his lips on my neck, making me groan once more. He nibbled at my neck and then kissed my lips, not a single hesitation. I put my hand around his shoulder, feeling him sit up more, our kiss getting deeper. He then put his over arm around me, pushing himself to hover over me. I felt the familiar nerves form in my stomach as he pulled the blanket down, leaving his mark all over me. Just as he was about to reveal my body, a sound of a muffled voice from outside made him stop. He kissed my lips again, the voice now coming with banging on the door. Ydris groaned and lifted his head up, looking at me with passonette eyes. He placed his hand on my cheek and rubbed it softly, turning when the bagnging came stronger.
"Qu'est-ce?" Ydris said, his voice strong for just waking up.
"Moi! Xin!" The voice said.
Ydris rolled his eyes. "Is it important?"
"Yes!"
He sighed. "Je serai dehors dans une minute," he called back, planting one final kiss on my neck, and then my lips.
I held his touch for a second longer before I let him go, watching as he sat up and left the bed, picking his clothes up from the floor. I turned to have a look out the window, watching the rain pour down.
"You stay ma cherire," he said, pulling on his shirt once he pulled his bottoms on. "I'm not finished with you yet, but you deserve your rest."
I looked at him as he buttoned his shirt, pulling on his jacket and doing that up. Once he was fully dressed, he lightly pressed his lips to mine, soon walking off and out the wagon, shutting the door behind him.
I listened as he spoke to Xin, smirking when he snapped at him. I then sat up, looking at my clothes on the ground. I still couldn't get that night out of my head. Everything had happened so fast that I was still processing it. I could tell he meant it all, he was passionate about it. I then laid back down, giving my throbbing shoulders a break. I laid there, listening to the sound of the storm above, along with the sound of muffled words coming from the tent. I needed to get up, but at the same time, I knew I couldn't. My body ached slightly and I couldn't find the energy to get up.
Deciding to stay put, I twisted back onto my side, snuggling into the blanket as I closed my eyes once more, everything flashing in my mind as I drifted off.
I spent most of the morning sleeping. I had no idea what time it was when I woke up, but knew that it must have been near noon. I looked around the wagon once more, seeing that Ydris hadn't returned. I smiled a bit, glad that he was keeping himself busy; that gave me time to rest, and think about everything. I then sat up, massaging my shoulders as I did so. I then reached down and grabbed my bra, struggling to strap it on as my fingers searched for the clasp. I did so for a few minutes before I finally clasped it on, pulling on my underwear. Once I did that, I thought about staying in bed and waiting for Ydris to come, but I gave in. He was busy, and if he was going to go for another round, it would be at night due to Xin. I mumbled under my breath in dismay as I put on my sweater, swinging my legs over the bed and standing up. I then walked over to the small side window near the shelves, peeling the curtain back to reveal a close up of a blue clown mask.
I jumped back, my hand almost knocking over the cups from the night before.
"Xin!" A familiar voice called out, not too soon after my near heart attack."Reviens ici!"
I put my hand to my chest, taking a minute to breathe as I stepped back over, seeing Xin walking away from the window. He then turned, giving me an uncomfortable long stare before heading back to the tent.
I rolled my eyes as I went back to putting my clothes on, soon doing up my riding belt and pulling on my jacket. I then put on my gloves and helmet, a small sense of guilt in my stomach as I pushed the door back, greeted my rain. I zipped my coat up and slowly headed down the stairs, shutting the door behind me. I then headed towards the circus tent, seeing Xin enter with a box. I quickly walked towards the entrance, pulling back the curtain, seeing Ydris standing to the side, watching Xin intensely string the lights above. Big boxes were spreaded around the circus ring, along with tangled lights all over the ground.
He then turned to me, his eyes looking at me. "Little dove?" He said, walking over to me. "I thought I said to stay inside."
I gave him a small pitiful expression. "I'm sorry, but I should head back," I said, his eyes widening at my words. "I...I need to get Hu taken care of and I have to help around at the stables."
Ydris gave me a charming gaze. "My dove is always busy with taking care of others, aren't you? My sweet has not enough time to enjoy herself." He said the last sentence with a smirk.
I felt my face go hot as I remembered, watching Xin carefully balance the final set of lights.
"Xin, please give me and mademoiselle a moment s'il te plait," Ydris said, turning to face him.
Xin paused, looking at Yidris and then me. He slowly stepped down the ladder and headed out the back of the ring, disappearing into the back of the tent. Ydris waited until he was out of sight before he stepped closer, grabbing my chin in his hand, pulling it lightly towards him.
"Do return ma cherie, I do enjoy our nights together," he said, his voice in the tone that made my stomach butterfly.
I gave him a nod, looking deeply at him.
"Say it please," he asked kindly, his smirk slightly wider.
"Yes, I will," I replied, wanting to close the gap between us.
Pleased, he gave him a smile, soon pressing his lips back to mine. I felt myself sink into his touch, my body filling with slight tingles. This kiss felt just as passionate as the others, maybe even slightly more.
When he pulled away, I felt my heart sink a bit. Seeing my expression, he took my hand, kissing it softly, his eyes holding the gaze with mine, Xin soon wandering in again, carrying another box of decor.
"Until then," he said, placing my hand gently by my side.
I gave him one final quick smile before I headed out, feeling his eyes on me as I left, listening to him continue on with Xin.
"Ne restez pas là bougez!" Ydris called, making me smirk as I imagined Xin staring after me.
