Rex Salazar in Scooby-Doo! and The Witch's Ghost

Chapter 1

"YIKES!!!!!" The two yelped, taking off and narrowly avoiding the weapons

The two bolted it down a couple of hallways, the mummies splitting up to chase after them, Shaggy ditching his disguise and being back in his green shirt, brown pants, and black tennis shoes.

Scooby-Dooby-Doo, Where are You?
We got some work to do now

In the exhibit they were still stationed in, Fred, Daphne, and Rex saw Shaggy running back and forth at the end of the hall in front of them and glanced at each other, shrugging.

Meanwhile, Scooby was running for his life and saw that both mummies had decided to go after him.

Scooby-Dooby-Doo, Where are You?
We need some help from you now

Scooby ran up the back of a T-Rex skeleton, coming to a sliding stop when he reached the skull. Back down at the legs, one of the mummies swung their weapons and broke the leg of the skeleton, which made the whole thing start to come apart.

Bit by bit, the skeleton was falling to pieces.

Come on Scooby-Doo, I see you
Pretendin' you got a sliver

The last thing to fall was the skull, Shaggy luckily being there in time to catch Scooby. The two then took off when they saw the mummies climbing out of the bone pile

Back in a T-section in the hallway, Fred, Daphne, and Rex were out of their disguises and in their normal clothes were heading to see what the chaos was all about, only to run right into Velma, who was also back in her normal clothes and out of a disguise, and they fell to the ground.

You're not fooling me, cause I can see
The way you shake and shiver

Then, Shaggy comes running by carrying Scooby and take the next left turn only to come running back out getting followed by one of the mummies. However, they soon got cut off by the other mummy.

You know we got a mystery to solve, so Scooby-Doo, be ready for your act

The duo come up to a tapestry with a shield on it.

Don't hold back!

Scooby began climbing the tapestry, Shaggy grabbing onto his back as he made the climb.

And Scooby-Doo, if you come through, you're gonna have yourself a Scooby Snack

The mummies then arrived to the tapestry just as the two reached the top and from weight alone, caused it to get torn off the wall and fall right onto the mummies.

That's a fact!

The two cowardly detectives looked at each other under the blanket, feeling themselves getting lifted up, unaware of what they were on top of.

You're ready and you're willin'

The mummies tossed the tapestry to the side and Scooby and Shaggy took off running, looking back as they ran. They came up to a viking case only for it to have spikes in it.

The two looked back wide eyed as the mummies were running right at them and they covered their eyes.

If we can count on you, Scooby-Doo,
I know we'll catch that villain
