Sarah stared at the ceiling for a long time, her mind rolling.  Had anyone ever told him that they loved him before?  Surely someone.... at some time had done so... right?  She glanced over at him then smiled slightly as she saw his chest rising and falling slowly.  His arm was still over his eyes and she was almost certain he had fallen asleep.  She slid quietly out of the bed, grabbed her clothes, and crossed the home to her room then the bathroom.  After using the toilet, she turned on the shower and started cleaning herself up.

She jumped slightly when the shower curtain moved and Kakashi slipped inside.  He gave her a slight smile, laughter in his gray eyes.  "Sorry, I dozed off for a minute there."  His eyes were travelling down her body and she was stunned as she noticed he was starting to become hard again.  "I've always wanted to do it in the shower... are you okay to.... Or are you sore or anything?"

She laughed softly when he started drying her off with a towel, lingering longer in some spots than absolutely necessary.  He grinned at her before drying himself off next.  He was silent as he watched her wrap her hair in a towel then spray herself with deodorant and the apple scented body spray she got from Bath and Body.  He quietly left the bathroom then bedroom and disappeared from view as she started getting dressed in her pajamas.

Sarah looked up in the mirror as she was blow drying her hair out and almost dropped the dryer as she saw all the love bites all over her neck and chest.  Good Lord!  She was going to have to wear a gator to work until they disappeared.  She then saw Kakashi come into her room carrying arm loads of his hanging clothes.  He went to her walk in closet and took the side she rarely used, hanging them.  He was wearing a lose pair of black men's pajama bottoms she had got at Walmart and a black tank top now.  He left the room again and a moment later returned with more of his stuff.  By the time she finished blow drying her hair, he had brought everything into her room.

She almost started laughing, though, as he was giving her comforter and body pillow a dark look with his hands on his hips.  "If we are going to do this, we need to get some new decorations in here," he finally said before looking over at her.  "I don't know if I can sleep comfortably surrounded by myself like this.... especially that damn body pillow!"

Sarah couldn't help it, she started laughing and hard.  She had to lean against the wall as the look on his face was so hilarious it almost took her strength away.  She raised a hand when he quirked both of his brows at her.  "Okay, Okay.  We can go tomorrow and get new everything," she finally was able to say once she stopped laughing.  "I don't need all of this now that I have the real you."

Kakashi smiled big at the response before going over to the bed, grabbing the body pillow before disappearing with it.  He came back empty handed and she wondered what he did with it.  She covered her mouth with her hand, trying to not laugh some more.  She had no idea how much he did not like the decorations until now.

"Much better," he said with a nod of his head.

"Dare I ask where he went?"

"Nope," he responded before wrapping his arms around her.  "Are you hungry?"

"Famished," she responded.  "I'm glad I went to the grocery store before I came home now."

"I'll make us dinner," he said before releasing her to go into the other room.

Sarah felt her heart swell at the words.  Her ex had never made dinner for them.  He had always expected her to do everything.  Not only had Kakashi cleaned the house while she was at work he was now going to make dinner.  She gave a little skip as she went into the other room.  She looked to her computer and grinned.

"While you're doing that, I'm going to get your application and everything sent off to the jail for that position," she told him before going to her bag to pull out the paper Matt had given her.

Kakashi glanced back at her as she moved to the computer, "Are you sure I'm right for that position?  Shouldn't I know more about your world first?"

"I'll get more information from the lady that is retiring.  We can prep before you go in if they call you for an interview," she responded.  "You're perfect for this, Kakashi.  There isn't anyone that knows more about strategy and defense fighting than you.  It's been your whole life."
