Lou (UglyDolls)
He had a heartbreaking backstory of being incapable of being loved, and being unable to find a kid to love. Sure he was a jerk, but living years, maybe decades knowing this fact, I don't think anyone wouldn't become bitter and judgmental. He had no one there to comfort him, no one to give him the love he desired. He needs a hug, lots and lots of em'.
Victor Volt (The Secret Show)
Vic had it bad. Getting blamed for things that weren't even intentionally caused by him. Getting treated like a lesser than by the rest of his colleagues (This was more common in season 2, Ray and Anita still remained pretty nice towards him). I really hate how his sass is treated as him being a whiny jerk, when its actually most likely caused by the way he's been treated by his colleagues for years, I would be pretty sassy as well. And then he learns his parents were spies, and nobody told him. And then when he meets his dad, who was missing for decades, he looses him. I'm glad he has Anita to give him hugs.
Phosphophyllite (Houseki No Kuni)
The Lou of anime, and she got it real horrible. First she gets teased for decades for being weak and the youngest. Then when she tries to improve her friends' lives, their ungrateful asses go and destroy and ridicule her. And the people who cared about her, either betrayed her, or died. And she's forced to look like one of those weird models from the Gucci Garden on Roblox. Poor girl...
Kaedae Akatmatsu (Danganronpa V3)
I really feel bad for the poor girl. She sacrifices herself for her friends (including the ones who are absolute jerks) and it turns out that she was framed, and her killer gets away scot-free. Doesn't help she gets a brutal, nightmare inducing, execution.
Lukas (Minecraft: Story Mode)
I've really wanted to say this for a long time. Just imagine being friends with someone for years, and then you put your life on the line for them, and then they just push you off a cliff, and talk smack about you behind your back, despite all you've done for them. That's what poor Lukas had been through. I really hate his fake friends, they're just cowards.
Lola (Lola and Virginia)
I swear Lola must be a living bad luck device. She gets bullied 24/7 by some wannabe Anita-Barbie fusion. She comes from a low-income family and has to deal with her idiotic classmates. This girl needs a hug.
Princess Peach (Super Mario)
Gets kidnapped 24/7 by Bowser, and she can't defend herself or he'll ambush her kingdom. Gets hate for being a weak "girly girl" (even though she is super strong in smash) and simply being featured more than Daisy.
Clover (Totally Spies!)
I really hate how everyone treats her likes she's dumb and weak, which she isn't. She's a caring, considerate person, even if she's a bit ditzy, and brutally honest at times. She also has to put up with Mandy's antics as well.
Danno Wolfe (Curious George 2: Follow That Monkey!)
I hate how the movie villainizes him for wanting to take Kayla back to her owner, when he was literally doing his job. And he didn't use force on anyone, until George and Ted managed to finally piss him off. He didn't even want the reward for Kayla, he wanted to return her to his owner.
Lucas (Mother 3)
Watched his mom die in front of him, his brother went missing, and then when he finally sees him again, he turned into an evil cyborg with no freewill, and then dies in front of him, and his dad is incredibly neglectful (at least he got a good ending).
