Always (John X Remi)

Chapter 9

By the time we were done in the cafeteria it was already 7:55 And students were flooding the halls

Me and Remi were standing outside the school gates I was leaning against a wall and Remi was standing in front of me. To our right Sera and Isen were waiting for the New Bostin kids to arrive to their right was Arlo and Cecile looking serious

About five minutes late two busses pull up

Adrion POV

We Pulled up at Wellston and I saw three groups two students one on the left had a Pink haired girl and a boy with EXTREMELY gelled hair, then a magenta haired girl with green spots throughout and a black and orange haired boy  standing behind her. Then a tall blonde boy and a cyan haired girl standing behind him

The principal at New Bostin High School told us that Claire and I would be staying with the low tiers which was fine with us, It was just kinda weird

"Well here we go" I said to claire

"Yep" she said 

When we stepped out of the bus the chaperones from our school moved us into a big crowd. A man with turquoise hair stood on a podium.

"Welcome to Wellston" the man said

"I am Headmaster Vaughn I welcome you, now if you could just follow some simple instructions and the student chaperones will explain everything" he said

"Alright all low tiers please make your way to the two students on the left, the ones with the pink and black hair, mid tiers please make your way to the middle group of students the ones with the magenta and orange hair, and anyone above mid tier make your way over to the tall blonde" the headmaster concluded

Me, Claire and the rest of the low tiers make our way to the pink haired girl and black haired boy

Once we were all there the girl spoke

"Hello students of New Bostin High School, my name is Remi and I am the queen of this school"

She pointed a finger behind her at the black haired boy with his eyes closed

"He kinda looks like-" my thoughts were inturupted by Remi speaking again

"And that is my Boyfriend John" she said

It was then the black haired boy's eyes opened revealing golden eyes

"Yo" John said

I looked over at Claire, her eyes were wide her jaw was on the ground and she was shaking

I walked over to her and put my hand on her shoulder

John POV

I saw Claire and Adrion in the back of the group Claire was visibly shaken by seeing me and Adrion was comforting her

I sighed and looked at Remi, she looked back at me understanding in her face.

"Okay let's go" Remi said

While we were walking down the hallway I heard the New Bostin kids talking behind us

" Is it THAT John"?

"The one who beat all those people up?"

"No I heard he went to Jail"

Remi tapped me on the shoulder. I turned my head to face her.

"Did you need something Remi?" I asked

"I want a piggyback" she said

I stopped walking. I looked at the New Bostin students then back to her

"Right now?" I asked

"Yep" she said

"Uhhhh fine" I said crouching down

Remi climbed on my shoulders and I stood back up

"ONWARDS" Remi shouted

I resumed walking

Isen POV

I saw John and Remi's group walking down the hall. Remi was getting another piggyback ride and John looked dead inside

John POV 

As we were giving the New Bostin students a tour of the building I heard a voice shout from down the hall.

"Hey look the Queen is riding the cripple" Zeke said

Claire POV

...Cripple?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

John POV

"Fuck off Zeke" I said

Remi pulled my hair

"Language" she said

From down the hall Zeke shouted back

"No you Fuck off you stupid cripple" Zeke shouted

"John lemme down" Remi demanded

I crouched down and remi got off my shoulders

"Watch yourself Zeke" she said chasing after him

"Just give her a minute" I told the New Bostin students

I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around to see Claire looking at me

I didn't say anything, I just turned my head away. She tapped again, I still didn't turn.

"John" she said

"What" I said (if this were the comic John's speach bubble would be black)

"Why are you pretending to be a cripple " she asked accusingly

I didn't say anything

She punched me in the shoulder

"Hey monster" she said "answer me"

I clenched my fist and turned around tears leaking from my eyes. I placed and finger in Claire's forehead and activated Keon's ability which I still have saved. I gave Claire her answer
