The world crashing down...... (sonic various x reader)

Y/n pov

     My friends and I walk through the forest, following a trail of broken twigs. After ten minutes, we arrive at a deserted beach. There were only some cabins there, but a flyer flew in my face. 'Sidekick interviews' was what it said. "Fuck. Mom, did you leave Sonic Boom on?" I ask.

     "Yeah, why- oh..." she says in realization. We are in the first episode of that show. "It couldn't have been Sonic Mania?" she asks herself.

     We walk to one of the cabins and knock on the door. There stood the fucker himself, Sonic the Hedgehog.

"Oh! Other humans! You don't happen to work for Egghead, do you?" he asks. Wouldn't spies not tell the truth?

"No, we just got here through the forest." Emma says.

"Alright, come on in!" Sonic says.

     As we answer his questions, we see everyone else answer as well. Tails and Eggman weren't guaranteed a spot. After the questions, we all walked toward mount safety. I was zoning out to be honest. Then I felt someone push me to the point where I started without anyone else. "Oh Lord!" my mother calls.

     Now I've been in situations like these, so I completely made my way through without problems, I got complete control of the hoverboard. After I come back, I see Sonic waterlogged, so I swim over and help.

     "Thanks... I really need to think my plans through." he says before defeating the robot. He and his friend have a reuniting moment, then they look at me. "Honestly, I didn't think you were going to go through with this. You looked extremely aggravated. However, since you have impressed my indecisive mind and I, you earned a spot on the team."

"Okay. I really appreciate that." I say without looking up from my hands. They got some oil on them from the fight.

"Do you usually take things like this that way?"

"Nope."

"Okay, good."
