"Let just focus on the enemies for now," Jooheoney muttered while he burned one Banshee with red-orange flames.
In just a flash, Ex-Monster were able to annihilate all remaining Banshees.
"Your turn," Shownu told Raynor.
"Hit me with your best shot," Raynor claimed with a smirk.
Raynor initiated the battle by throwing blue streams of fire. Shownu countered it with a beam of electricity. While on a deadlock, Raynor's left hand threw Fireballs. Minhyuk and Kihyun were quick to counter the Fireballs. Jooheoney returned the favor by throwing his own Fireballs. Raynor easily dodged the projectiles. This time, Raynor ejected blue fire from his feet, making it run as a wave on the ground. Quick to react, Hyungwon raised his force field, effectively blocking the fire from harming his team.
"You are pretty good. I was expecting this mission to be a walk in the park but I'm actually having fun," Raynor commented.
"The same could be said to you," Jooheoney replied; unlike Raynor however, his tone was unamused.
"Now, why aren't you using your trump card? You know those X-Con things we have read in your book," Raynor wondered.
"You mean 'Trespass'?" Minhyuk blabbed out.
"Ah, yes. So, you are Ex-Monster and your special technique is Trespass," Raynor's expression lightened. "Unfortunately for you, I already know about your technique and developed countermeasures for it."
"We shall see about that," Shownu mumbled.
The battle continued. The offensive members of Ex-Monster began circling around to gain better angles to attack Raynor. Raynor, on the other hand, was unfazed; he was calmly defending against the attacks thrown at him by Ex-Monster.
"I told you; you can't possibly win against me. I know everything about you," Raynor boasted.
"Is that so?" Shownu simply replied. "In that case, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, trump card time!"
"X-Con—"
"Like I said, I know about your technique!" Raynor cackled.
"—Distraction!"
As Ex-Monster muttered the final word, Raynor shot blue flames from both of his hands, "Distraction? That is not the name of your technique."
"Yes, our technique is not 'Distraction', but we are," Kihyun smirked while Hyungwon shielded them against the fire. "Jooheoney, now!"
Jooheoney released from both of his palms the strongest fire he could muster that point. Raynor was so distracted, he got hit by Jooheoney's fire on his back. Raynor collapsed to the ground.
Taking the opportunity, Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun and Hyungwon hurriedly chanted, "X-Con: Trespass!"

Electrified sand was swarming Raynor's weakened body. Yes, their X-Con may had been famous for its ability to penetrate force fields but its strength was also at par with its reputation; shielded or not shielded, Trespass hit like a monster truck.
"No! NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Raynor exploded after being swarmed by the technique.
"Like I said to IOI, we just need to activate it at the right moment," Shownu giggled.
"No time to waste. We need to check on Sewoon's condition," Hyungwon reminded them.
After a brief phone call, I.M. fetched his group. They were now inside Sewoon's room at the hospital.
"How is he, doctor?" Kihyun asked.
"It was bad, but thankfully, not that bad. He is just resting and should wake up soon," the doctor said. She then left the room for her other duties.
An hour and a half passed, Shownu was now talking to Sewoon's still-asleep form
"Sewoonie, please wake up. We don't want to get into trouble with him," Shownu begged.
"Get into trouble with who, hyung?" Sewoon weakly inquired as he fluttered his eyes open and struggled to lean to the headboard.
"Well, Jaehwan gave us an executive order to keep you and your family, among others, safe to the best of our abilities or there will be consequences. So that makes us, technically, your personal bodyguards," I.M. explained.
Sewoon sighed, "That hyung. He's over the top."
"Well, you are his childhood best friend. Makes sense to me," Jooheoney commented.
"He was so worried about your well-being that he even went to extreme lengths such as acting cute to Minhyun just to have him officialize it as a written executive order," Hyungwon informed.
"Unfortunately for our part, Minhyun was not able to resist Jaehwan's cute act" —I.M. sighed while shaking his head — "which I kind of expected."
"Well, don't tell him what happened to me because I certainly won't," Sewoon gave a playful wink while giggling. "It will be our secret. Okay, hyungs?"
