8:45:32am,

Wednesday,

5th October 2019.

Astra suddenly wakes up, her eyes opening immediately. Carelessly searching the room with her dark brown irises, she feels a soft, light, cold autumn breeze lash against her skin. She takes in a calm, peaceful breath, enjoying the quiet surroundings. Only to be interrupted by a fairly loud pound on her door. Astra rolls her eyes and flings back the covers, the cold air now hitting her legs as she stands up and makes her way towards the door.

"May I help you?" Astra says with her eyes barely even open, it's almost as if she's squinting. You know, like how you feel like the night is not over yet and you haven't gotten your sleep?

Astra was a bit of an introvert, but she was very popular at her work place. She'd often find herself waking up in the mornings, dreaming about how she missed the night. It just flew past so quickly like the blink of an eye. It had to be a fast blink though.

"You do realise you're going to be late, Astra?" Ah wonderful, being woken up by an angry mother at nearly-

Wait, what time is it?
Astra turns her head towards the white alarm clock beside her bed, which she had put a fake flower from her Mum's plastic flower set on top of it. It looked like a pink blossom flower, which intrigued Astra, she always loved the smell of those ones too. "Oh my god, seriously?" Astra says, pausing while placing a hand on her forehead.
"I'm that late already?"

Astra slams her gate shut as she runs while flipping her blazer over her shoulders. "Shit, shit, shit." She mutters to herself as she struggles to get the other arm in her fine black blazer. It was crafted with the very best material, which her boyfriend Sangwoo had gotten her for her birthday a while back. She appreciated Sangwoo a lot, kind of like one of those cool boyfriends that all the female co-workers in work talk about all day. It didn't bother Astra though, since she knew Sangwoo is the type to never see another girl while she's away, right?
Her phone rings suddenly, which violently vibrates in her pocket. Astra opens the pocket and chucks the phone out into her hand, which barely misses the brink of death as it starts to jump about. Astra tries and catches it, making the phone fling higher in the air, while the phone is dancing away, enjoying its own time, Astra isn't looking where she is going. She looks up and heads straight into another passerby.

Clash!

"Oh my goodness. I am so sorry.." Astra says while dusting her jacket off and readjusting herself back on her feet again. The stranger picks up her phone with a warm smile on his face. The stranger, who seemed like he was a young boy, had black hair and slight parted bangs on the front of his head.
"Please excuse what just happened.." He chuckles out, his white teeth showing in the process. Astra looks down and returns the smile. The boy stretches out his surprisingly short arm towards her, she politely takes the phone back and slides it safely into her pocket again. "I would stay, but I have to uh.." The boy stutters, like he's trying to find something to speak up about, "..meet someone on a bus, so if you don't mind..I'll just-"

How awkward could this be? Seriously?

"Yeah, I understand. You're meeting someone on a bus. That's cool, but hey! Don't worry about the fall, after all it was just an accident!" Astra says happily, the higher side of her voice coming out. She was finally pleased with herself to talk to someone without it being so goddamn awkward.

The wind blows her hair into her face, which she acts immediately and harshly pins it back behind her ears. The faint sound of birds tweeting rings into her head, which makes her stop and pause, she looks up.
The sound of feet spinning on the wet ground replace that instead, with the boy now dashing towards the bus stop.

How strange. A boy meeting someone at this hour...on a bus?

It starts to pour down with rain, lashing against the pavement and bouncing back up. "Great..just great," Astra muffles under her breath. She flings her hood over her head, continuing to walk at a fairly fast pace, making her way towards where the boy headed which was also the direction of the law firm. She had a client to help out this morning, which she had ten minutes to get to.

Astra shakes the thought out of her head and attempts to ignore the rain. As she's walking, she can hear the faint sound of vibrating, but the sound is muffled by her hood, she pulls it away from her right ear and can hear her phone vibrating again in her pocket. This time, she takes it out step by step, making sure she isn't clumsy and drops it yet again.

On the front of the phone it has your usual answer-decline buttons, but instead of anyone's name written on the top, it has No Caller ID.

Wonder who that could be?
