hey queens ! hope you're all doing great
today's recipe is feta pasta. i discovered it around a month ago and i absolutely love it ! i hope you will too <3Ingredients :
- Cherry tomatoes (4 cups)
- Olive oil (⅓ cup)
- Salt (¼ tsp) and black pepper (½ tsp)
- Feta Cheese (8 oz block)
- Pasta (10 oz - i recommend choosing short pasta as it's easier to mix)
- Garlic (4 cloves finely minced and divided)
- Parsley or basil (¼ cup - finely minced)Steps :
1) Preheat oven to 400F
- Add tomatoes to your casserole
- Add the olive oil, half of the minced garlic, the black pepper and the salt
- Toss to combine
- Make a space in the center and add the feta cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes2) Meanwhile, prepare the pasta :
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions
- Drain the pasta and reserve a cup of cooking water
3) After 30 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and stir in the rest of of the garlic and the parsley, then toss to combine
- Using a spoon, press the cheese into the olive oil and stir it until it is well dispersed
- Stir in the cooked pasta and add the reserved water for a saucier pastaServe warm and enjoy ! 🍝
