Turn of Events - Josh Dunkley

Chapter 17

"Come in, it's freezing" Lara says and we both head in and go straight to the couch 

"So what happened" Lara asks and she sits down as well 

"I'll be back" Josh says and heads upstairs 

"So, spill" Lara says 

"Well, Josh took me to my favourite restaurant and it didn't start off great because Morgan and Daniel were in there as well, but it didn't stop us from having a great night" I tell her

"Jesus, of course she had to ruin that for you" Lara said, which made me giggle 

"Well, it actually somewhat made it better" I say 

"How so" Lara asks 

"Well once we left, Morgan tried to apologise, but there was a heated argument, and she started talking shit about me, which is when Josh backed me up, and called me his girlfriend" I tell her 

"Oh, so he moved quickly" Lara said 

"And then when we got into the car he asked me properly, which is when I obviously said yes" I say 

"Well, I'm so happy for you guys, and I guess I will leave you guys to it" Lara says as Josh comes back downstairs "Also, Kyle isn't here, he is sleeping over at Olivia's house tonight" 

"Hey you" I say and I notice that Josh has a hoodie in his hands 

"Here" He says and he hands me the jumper and joins me on the couch 

"Thank you, I'm freezing" I say 

"Yeah I can tell" Josh said "What do you wanna watch" 

"I don't mind"  I say "I don't think I will be awake much longer, so if you don't mind, I might need you to take me home soon"

"Yeah, but you could say here" Josh suggested and I just make a face "I mean, it's not like we haven't fallen asleep together 

My mind immediately flashes back to that night and the photo that Lara had taken of us 

"yeah yeah, but what about Liv" I ask 

"I wouldn't be surprised if she stays the night over at Marcus's and plus he has a spare bedroom" Josh tells me 

"Well that settles it for me, I will stay here " I say 

We spent the next hour just watching random shit on the tv until, I can barely keep my eyes open.

I let out a huge yawn and Josh says "Let's go to my room, you need sleep"

"Good idea, thank god it's Sunday tomorrow and I don't have spin or uni" I say and we walk up to his room 

I have been up there once before and it was immaculately clean, which doesn't surprise me one bit, and he literally has one wall in his room that is just shoes!

"Here, go to the bathroom and chuck those on" Josh says as he throws me a pair of his trackies 

I walk into his bathroom, which is once again very clean, like nothing on the ground, which is somewhat surprising to me!

I take my clothes of and put Josh's hoodie and trackies on. 

Maybe Josh and I are jumping into things too quickly, but I honestly don't know, I just hope it doesn't affect our relationship further into the relationship...

I head out of the bathroom, to see Josh already in bed with the tv on and the duvet folded for me to hop right in

"Warm enough" Josh asks me and I quickly get under the covers

"Eh" I say hoping that Josh will get the hint

"Here" Josh says and he opens his arms up in and I snuggle into him

"You looked stunning today, if you didn't already know that" Josh tells me as I look directly into those gorgeous blue eyes 

"Thank you, you clean up well" I say and he gives me a smile and moves closer 

"Only if you want to" Josh says and I immediately know what he's talking about 

I push our lips together and we have a little make out session...

HOLY SHIT!!

It was as passionate as I could think, I mean it didn't go too far given we have literally been dating for like 2 hours, but it is still a moment I will cherish for a long time!

We didn't stay up for much longer given it was already pretty late, so I snuggle back into and close my eyes, with his arms wrapped around me!

IT FINALLY HAPPENED!

Disappointing outcome from the doggies yesterday, but you cant win every game..

Next update shouldn't be that long :)
