Raven woke up with a start. "girls, time for school" Mrs. Buckley called from the kitchen. raven got up and got into a floral dress that just went above her knees.
"hey robin" she said smiling to her sister. "morning ray" robin replied closing her door her long hair swinging in her high pony tail. (she hadn't cut her hair yet)
"morning mommy, ooo are we having pancakes" ray said skipping down the rest of the stairs.
"yes, do they smell good?" her mom replied.
"duh" ray said.
"good"
ray sat down at the table as her mom stood behind her putting her hair in French braids.

After breakfast raven went back up into her bathroom to brush her teeth. she also added two pink ribbons to the end of each braid, tying them into bows.
she didn't want to go to school she knew Lucy Blightworth would give her some shit to deal with. so would troy, lucy and troy are dating.
she went down to where her sister and mother were waiting by the door. she grabbed her backpack which was just plain pink. "have a good day and be careful" her mother said hugging her then kissing her forehead.
she got onto her bike and rode away.
