The next morning, Senpai woke up to a note that read, "Meet me at the edge." He knew it was Spirit, and after getting dressed he met up at the edge of the map.

"Is he still there?" Senpai asked as he attempted to look outside, he still couldn't see anything.

"Yeah, he's just been pacing around for the past hour, mumbling about something, I couldn't hear what."

Meanwhile, Daddy Dearest had been panicking. He knew it was only a matter of time before they found him, and killed him or even worse. If only he had a plan.

"Think damn it, think! I have to do something..!" he mumbeled until he remembered the PlayStation.

At first he thought nothing of it until he remembered Spirit. Spirit's a ghost, so maybe he can't be affected by this..? "That's it!" he shouted before quickly searching for the controller.

"What in god's name..."

"What? Did he do something?"

"I think he has some sort of idea, since he's looking for something- wait."

"What? Did something happen??"

"Yeah, he grabbed a controller!" Spirit was smiling, Senpai could tell that smile was one of malice more then anything else.

"He's turning on the console! This- this is our chance! I can kill him and leave, and then I- I can take you with!"

"We... We can finally leave!?"

"Finally... It's been years!"

Daddy Dearest turned on the game, he knew he'd be sucked in as soon as he did so he braced himself. I hope I can explain things before he actually tries to kill me... He prayed this worked, or else he'd be dead and the world would be fucked in the process.

"You. Oh of all the people to come here, I never thought I'd see YOU again..!" Spirit exclaimed as Daddy Dearest was still on the ground, he hadn't exoected the fall to be so high.

"Wait, Spirit I can explain! Just- Just don't kill me yet, I... I want to free you!"

Spirit didn't care, he didn't wait this long to NOT kill him. That was, until, someone got inbetween them.

"Hold on now Spirit, why don't we let him... Talk? If he really wants to free you, maybe... You know..." Oh, he thinks he can be freed too. Spirit had connected the two dots before sighing and helping Daddy Dearest up.

"Alright, spit it out, why the hell did you come here and why do you suddenly wanna free me?"

"Well, it's a long story but the world's going to end if nobody stops... These guys from taking over. They took my wife and daughter, you're literally my only hope right now."

"They kidnapped the fair maiden?" Senpai interuppted before Spirit shushed him.

"And why do you think I'd help you?"

"Because if you don't... The world will end. They might come in here too, they know about your existence, your about as safe as I am right now."

"You make a fair point. Fine... I'll help, under three circumstances. First is you take mister Weeb over here with. Second is you better not put me back in here after all of this. The third is that we aren't friends. So don't even THINK about contacting me or giving me some cute nickname after all of this. Not unless I change my mind, which I won't."

"Alright, you have a deal. Now let's get the hell out of here before it's too late."

And just like that, Daddy Dearest used his powers to bring them outside.

"Holy shit, I'm... I'm real! This feels so- so weird, I can feel my clothes! Spirit, look, I'm not pixely!" Senpai was freaking out, this all felt so different..! He tried to stand up only to fall face first onto the carpet. "Ow... That hurt..! A little help would be nice, haha..!" Daddy Dearest helped him up as Senpai slowly regained his balance, it wasn't easy but after a bit Senpai was able to stand on his own.

"Question, why'd you want me to bring it outside?"

"I promised I'd bring him outside since I accidentally made him self aware after I... Killed him."

"Oh. Well, the more the merrier in this case. Can it sing?"

"Yeah actually, he's suprisingly good, he was able to go against that cyan haired moron pretty decently."

"That wasn't you controlling him?"

"Nah, didn't see the point in doing that."

Meanwhile, Senpai was touching everything, trying to understand the different textures.

"Spirit, this couch is nice feeling, what's this feel like to you?"

"Soft."

"Thanks! I like soft!"

Senpai laid down on the couch, he felt like he could fall asleep on it.

"I'm gonna... Try to figure out a plan, we're leaving tomorrow either way."

"I'd figure one out too but... I don't know what's happening at all so have fun I guess."

"I won't."

"Ok, asshole."

And with that the room got silent. Until Senpai spoke up again.

"Spirit, there's little bumps on my arms and I'm shaking... What does that mean? Am I dying?"

"What- no, you're probably just cold. You want a blanket?"

Senpai nodded, and Spirit tossed a blanket from the laundry room at him.

"Ooo, this is soft and... Uhhh..."

"Fluffy."

"Fluffy! Thanks Spirit!"

"Sure thing."

Senpai soon fell asleep on the couch, leaving Spirit alone with his thoughts. I hope this is all over soon, I just want to go home... I'm glad he's here it I woudn't have gone with. He thought as he decided to watch Senpai sleep, there was nothing better to do around here.
