Kirstie’s Point of View

Why did I run? Why? I should’ve told him.

I saw a man come out of the car that hit me. He had dark hair and piercing blue eyes….

“M’am? Are you okay? M’am?!” he called. I then saw Avi jog up from behind him with tears in his eyes.

I wanted to tell him it wasn’t his fault. I wanted to hold him and let him cry in my arms. I wanted to make him feel better…. But I can’t.

“Kirstie…” He winced. Even though my ribs were broken and my arms had no feeling, just the way he said it hurt me to the core.

I looked at him with tears in my eyes before closing them into a deep sleep.

“Kirstie….” It hissed. I was running through a forest of mirrors and some other weird objects.

I flew to the side as more of its claws came at me. I opened my mouth to scream as a claw dug into my whole entire back, but no sound came out.

“Kirstie….why are you running?” it hissed again.

I tried to scream for him to let me go but nothing happened. I was a mute and my limbs slowly lost feeling.

After the numbness reached my neck, I slid off the large sharp nail in me, falling to the floor.

“Oh, lookie here!” A high pitch cackling noise hollered from the tops of the mirrors.

I tried to yell for help. Nothing.

I tried to fight back! Nothing.

I tried to close my eyes until it was over!! Nothing.

I lied there as I felt pins and needles and harpoons and swords stab into my back and legs.

‘Help me!’ I thought to myself. ‘Please….help me, Avi!’ I cried.

Avi’s Point of View

It has been 36 hours… and nothing.

She was hooked up to so many STUPID machines. Doctors kept telling me that she’ll be in and out of consciousness. I didn’t care about medicine or science. She cannot be asleep for this long! Stuck in her own head! And the worst part was I couldn’t help her…

Every so often i would hear her heart monitor speed up then go back down. Go up then back down…

I just sat there and waited for the rest of the guys to notice we were gone.

I couldn’t call them because there is no service in the cabin, and I cannot leave Kirstie alone.

“Excuse me…” I heard a knock at the door. “I’m…um… the guy who….God, I’m so sorry, man! I didn’t mean….” His words trailed off and were lost in the silence in the room. I just glared at him and clenched my fist under her bed.

“Why are you here?” I growled. I didn’t mean to but he was the reason she was here! Who am I kidding… I’m the reason she’s here…

“I just wanted to see how she was doing…”

“Oh yeah, sure….” I mumbled. I looked away from him and looked back at Kirstie. She was so pale, her hair was everywhere and her makeup was smudged all across her face. “What’s your name, anyway?”

“Oh, it’s…”

Kirstie’s Point of View

“Don’t worry,” it hissed. “We’ll be together soon…”

“Who…” I was able to croak out, “Who are you?”

He let out a sarcastic smirk before leaning down and whispering in my ear

Both Point of Views

“It’s Eric”

I am a horrible horrible person. I am so sorry I haven't updated! I have no reasons just excuses! Please forgive me!
