Background Info
Aiko's life started averagely, he went to school as every other normal kid would. He had both his parents present in his life, a loving and pure family at its finest. His father worked long and hard hours, while his mother stayed home and took care of him.
Aiko loved his mother and felt extremely close to her since she was always there for him. There were times where Aiko resented his father because he would take his toys and was told no more treats before bedtime. His mother would always be there to step in and help him or sneak some food for him.
Aiko's mother was his safe place. She meant the absolute world to him and nothing was ever going to change that. or so he thought.
When Aiko was six years old he began feeling eerie, he started noticing other children his age beginning to develop their quirks. He went home a little later than he usually did which made his mother worried sick, she was scared.
She scolded him and gave him a spanking before she looked into his teary eyes and said, "I'm doing this because I love you" at that moment nothing mattered to him the person he had put his trust into was hurting him. He looked his mother in the eyes "I hate you!" He shouted with his voice cracking, letting all his hurt and anger out.
His mother clutched her chest as if she couldn't breathe. Aiko looked at her unclear of what was happening, she fell to her knees still trying to breathe. "mom?" He said worriedly while placing his hand on her shoulder.
He didn't get a reply.
Her breaths were harsh, she was gasping for air. "Mom? Mom what's wrong?!" He repeatedly shook her, his mother still gasping for air until the last breath was cut short, leaving her laying on the ground.
Aiko looked at her face, shaking her in hopes that she'd wake up. "Mom wake up.." his voice sounded low and hopeless. He could understand what was happening now. Tears forming in his eyes once again while he sat beside her lifeless body.
His mother had died, because of him.

Shiori's life has never had any happy or loving moments. She didn't have many friends growing up where she was and she never felt wanted.
Since the very beginning, Shiori has been moved around from home to home a countless number of times.' Her mother left her at the early age of one. She has been pushed around, belittled, beat, and lied to.
Shiori grew up in her new home with the Takagi family. When she was five years old she was finally adopted by the family. At age six she found out that she was the actual daughter of her adoptive father. She was an affair baby, which made her adoptive mother very angry that her husband cheated on her and had a child.
Shiori's middle school life wasn't better than how it was at home. When students found out she was an affair baby they used it against her quite often. The female students would tell her that she wasn't worth her mother's tears or the fact that her father was a cheater. Shiori tends to hide her feelings behind her sarcastic remarks or sly smirk. She refuses to let people see her emotions so she does what she knows best, she fights back.
Throughout the years she dealt with all the bullying herself, she never told anyone. She tried telling her adoptive parents once but all they did was lecture her and told her she deserved it so she stayed quiet.
One day she was walking home with the only friend she had ever made. They made a quick stop at a convenience store and while looking around for something to snack on a man with a black hood and a bandana covering only the bottom half of his face ran into the store with a gun. He ran up to the cashier and demanded that he give him money. The two girls, still unnoticed by the man with the mask hid in different aisles. "Shiori, are you ok?" her friend whispered "I'm okay. Where are you?" I'm in the aisle next to you, I'm scared." she began crying. Trying to sneak around to reach her friend, Shiori knocked over one of the items on the shelf causing a ruckus.
" Shit"
She froze, not daring to even breathe too loud. After what felt like a lifetime she began to move carefully not to step on the items on the floor. As she crept into the next aisle her eyes went wide. There standing was the man pointing the gun at her one and only friend in the world. The only person who made her feel normal. She was on the floor crying, her lip was bleeding and she had nothing but fear and desperation in her eyes.
Without thinking, Shiori jumped at him, grabbed his arm, and tried reaching for the gun. He turned, shoved her into the shelves and she fell to the ground behind him. He went to point his gun at her but was surprised when he couldn't. Seeing that he couldn't move Shiori reached for the gun once more but when she held her arm out he did too. Shiori tried to grab the gun but it was too late the man had grabbed and pulled the trigger that shot her best friend. She passed out shortly after the shot was fired. When Shiori woke up she was in the hospital and the doctor had to deliver the bad news about her best friend. Shiori believed that she was the cause of her best friend's death and haunted her.
