CHAPTER FOURTEEN

Natasha breathes out air from her nose as she powers off her car in front of a storage facility

She hasn't told the women that her and Rio are on a 'break' or that he has temporarily moved out to one of his other places in the city

The youngest Hill sibling climbs out of the car shutting the door behind her

Natasha turns the corner to see Beth, Ruby, and Anne standing out a unit her legs quickly powerwalk towards them

Eyes dart towards Beth as she explains "I have to show you guys something" making brows furrow in worry

Beth grabs the handle before gliding it above her head showing them all the 'cash' before slowly stalking inside the unit

Only to turn around to raise her hands Ruby exclaims leaning her weight onto cash "fake?" Beth nods with her hands in her coat pockets "yeah"

Natasha steps forward looking around "And he doesn't want a cut?" She questions thinking it's a bit odd if he offering free money

Beth looks at her shoes afraid to answer her question unsure how she'll react "nope" she quietly answers with shake of her strawberry blonde curls

Ruby then asks with bulging eyes "how much?" Hoping it's a good amount of cash "a lot" Natasha asks looking around making a mental note to refrain from touching anything

"So I'm thinking we just wash a little right?" Just to dig us out?" Beth starts before Anne asks "how long did you know about this?"

Natasha looks at her boots as a form of minding her black business "what?" Beth asks

Anne unphased repeats her question with her chin sitting on her hand "how long did you know about this?" Beth replies a little too quickly "not that long

Ruby picks up a band of cash feeling it between her fingers "this right here?" She asks looking at her sister who sqwints for a moment before pointing a finger " twenty grand Ruby" Natasha says

Natasha ignores Anne and Beths arguing figuring what's new? Nothing

Ruby then picks up two more stacks holding it in her hands "sixty g's right here" Beth turns her attention to Ruby "there's no point I tried counting it for weeks"

Anne stood up "hold up did you say weeks?" She asks for Natasha to reply "yeah" making Beth scowl at her mentally wishing she would let her handle it herself

"I was trying to protect you" Beth explains her younger sister then steps back "from what? Being rich and happy?"

Natasha purses her lip while crossing her arms over her chest "Anne that's a stretch" she confesses

Beth adds on while touching the money "we got this by killing a man" Anne retorts "we didn't kill anyone"

"No you just threw him away like garbage" Natasha explains as Ruby puts her head down from guilt and shame "in a trash bin like a old, dirty futon"

Beth ignore those comments "so we wash what we need...and we burn the rest" Anne pauses before asking "do want to know what I think?"

"No" Natasha says rubbing her hand on her forehead Anne scoffs at her rude comment as she puts 'cash' in bra "you aren't the boss of me" Nat rolls her eyes muttering "words spoken from a person who acts like a fucking child"

Then they all watch her grab more 'cash' before waddling away before Natasha turns towards Beth "you sister is annoying" she confesses

The next day Natasha is at her apartment making herself burgers because she is high as a kite

While watching 'Moesha' on netflix unable to find the strength to do anything else at the moment

As her hooded red eyes train on the burgers cooking in front of her eyes as she takes a inhale of the blunt

After the last burger is done she grabs the buns off the counter throwing them in the oven to heat them up a little bit

Then makes her burger with consists of mayo,tomato, avocado, onion, and guacamole

"Happy birthday to me" she quietly sings to herself with a hazy smile on her face the woman grabs a drink out the fridge

She plops on the couch quickly praying before taking a big bite out of one of her burgers moaning at the heavenly taste

Doing a little dance with her eyes closed before her phone buzzes on the table to see 'Rio' name flash across the screen

She shrugs before taking another bite as food is plastered around her mouth from taking a bite

'I'll call him back later' she mentally says just wanting a moment alone with food before having to deal with others

One hour later she sprawled across the couch with a warm blanket over her figure with a bonnet placed over her hair

As she quietly snores into the afternoon
