Tales of a high school nerd

Chapter 1

High school is like upgrading to a new level in a game or like a new chapter in a book . My name is Aurora Longstride and i am 17 years old. I have a little brother called Nicolas and he's a troublemaker but i kinda learned how to manage him. Ok back to where we are, i just moved into this town called Newstville. It's kind of okay,quiet and small but it's nothing compared to my old town. Today i am going to Newstville high school which i heard from my mom that it is a nice school.
"Hey, honey you ready "my beautiful, charming mom asked me. "Yes,I'll be down in a bit ". Okayyy I'm nervous, not gonna lie."You kids meet me outside I'll go start the  car!". "Ok,mom". Stationaries,check,bag,check,confidence ,hmmm,not sure."AURORA !"oh-uh ,looks like mom is mad at me, gotta go .
Newstville high school, the building looks great tho. "Ok, Aurora be good, alright, bye." Wow, i mean, I was expecting a motivational speech cause i tagged my mom as a 'motivational speaker '. "Hi, you must be Aurora Longstride, please follow me " said a cute girl with brown curly hair. She must be around 18 years or so. "Okay" i blurted out like REALLY im such a nerd.
"I'm Melissa Maxwell, the president of this year's class "."oh,wow ".Really, if my brain had eyes it will be mentally rolling it at me . Just look at my response, my heart will be calling me a dork. "So here's the principal's office,she's gonna give you your schedule and other things,nice meeting you Aurora ". "You too Melissa "."ok,bye". I don't know what to say but Melissa, she's nice tho!
KNOCK ! KNOCK !
"Good morning ma "i said. "You must be Longstride "said an elderly lady ."Yeah, that's me "."ok, here's your schedule and locker number, i hope you enjoy this school ,Aurora." Well I hope so ."Thanks ma'am ". "Nahh! you can call me principal rider. "Ok it's finally time for me to start class. I went to my locker and dropped my things but my geography note decided to embarrass me by falling. "Here"a brunette tall girl who kinda looks like Melissa gave me the note. "Thanks ". "Oh,I'm Chloe by the way ". "Hi,I'm Aurora, sorry to ask do you by any chance have a sister in this school or a twin "look i just had to ask her."ohh! I see you've met Melissa, she's my twin ". Ohh,my eyes are never wrong. "So,what class do you have first ?" ."Huh ?". "Check your schedule, what class do you have first ?". Well Aurora, you are a classic dork. You should be the president of this year's dorks ."Um, sorry, I'm having biology first " . "That's cool we have classes together ".
Throughout the day i practically had all classes with chloe.Right now we are having lunch together and I'm gonna boast to mom an my 8 years old brother that i have a new friend. "I gotta ask chloe why don't you hang out with your twin ". She actually took a lot of time before answering me. "Welll,she's in the popular zone and she practically don't care about me. "She seemed nice tho!". "Cause she's the president and she's popular ! so i choose not to follow her, because I hate crowd."she said feeling nervous. I get it she's a nerd like me and she's super shy. "Only my brother cares about me even though he's popular and all that ". "You have a brother?"."Yeah, he's name is Daniel. " ohhh! I knew it, her brother was that super hot guy who I had class with before break .
Flashback
"Hello students, I'm Mr. Fisher, your art teacher. I know you guys are few in this class but i'm proud to have you as my students. Looks like we have a new student, please introduce your self."As i was about to introduce myself ,then BANG! A hot guy walked into art class and i must say he's cute. "Ahh! Maxwell, nice of you to join us today. Kindly have a seat please. Okay back to you, newbie".The hot guy took a seat next to mine now I felt nervous. "Umm..my name is Aurora Longstride ". As soon as I sat down I found him glaring at me but I just concentrated on my class.
"Aurora....Aurora "I heard someone call me. Ohh it's just chloe. "Did he do something to you cause you spaced out"."oh...it's nothing, I was just thinking of something " ."Ok" she said weirdly.
