Then Sarah and Sam had a good conversation that seemed to stop the tension they previously had after Sarah decided to not sell the boat. So he used the remainder of his time he had to wait to train to be the next Captain America.
But along the way, Karli recruited the man Sam put in jail, Batroc, along with quite a lot more Super Soldiers.
Sam and Torres found out the locations for places the Flag Smashers either hit or hadn't hit yet, including New York.
Then during the GRC meeting of the Patch Act, the Flag Smashers started taking over and Sam knew it was time.
Also, Walker prepared his own Captain America getup.
