(I didn't know how to write this so a bad attempt was made.)
This type of talent would include a person who directs the musical performance. This action is done by movements of the hand or Baton to direct the Orchestra or Choir. Not to be confused with the person in charge of a train though you can also use this version if you want.
(Forgive the bad description but I really didn't know how to write this. I'll probably write this again later when I think of how.)
