Chapter 1

Nora's POV

I'm 17 years old and my family still doesn't talk to me or even look at me. I look exactly like Rebekah but they don't notice. Right now I'm in my room hiding my grimoires from Hope they are my grandmother's I put random grimoires from newbie witch's grimoires out so Hope can use those instead. They all think I'm human because I didn't show any sign of magic.

That's only because I'm a different kind of witch I have to siphon it but when I was little I siphoned Hope by accident we were just babies so nobody knew but my grandmother taught me how to control it so that's why I didn't show it. I can speak to the dead and sometimes show other people. Hope comes barging in. "Give me your grimoire now I need it. Said Hope" I was reading my school book so I pointed to my bed and right there was a grimoire.

I loved the government kind of stuff I was really smart right now I'm about to graduate college but no one knows. I also have to hide my laptop because I hack the government sometimes well all the time I help them out and they don't notice. "Ugh, this is for a newbie witch. Said Hope"

"sorry Hope I only got that one." She grabbed the book and left they never notice when I'm gone or when I leave. I put an invisible charm on my stuff so she can't steal it. I'm about to meet up with my best friend he's a werewolf he knows what it's like to be forgotten. We are meeting at our spot. I grabbed my bag and went to our spot.

"Hey, little wolf I was waiting for you. Said Dani" "Well Dani boy Hope was complaining again so it took longer." "She's just a spoiled brat that's all. Said Dani" "do you have our school work." They put me in regular school since I was "human" but they don't know. I and Dani get bullied there but we stick together no matter what.

"Yup let's get started. Said Dani" We started to do our homework when we got knocked out. We woke up in a cell. "Wolf you are ok. Said Dani" "Yeah I'm fine where are we." He shrugged his shoulders then a man came in. "If you want revenge on my father you should've kidnapped his other daughter he forgot I exist."

I and Dani started to laugh our humor was dark. "You gonna get yourself killed hey I'm Carina." "Hey I'm Nora and that's Dani." "Will you shut up? Said Guard 1" "I see you have a knife there don't you have a bigger one." Dani and I laughed more. "Grab the boy. Said Guard 2" "no grab me not him." They grab us both but put us both on our knees.

One thing lead to another next thing I know they shot him in his head I screamed as loud as I can then I blacked out. Then people busted in I had blood all over me.

Clint's POV

We busted another Hydra facility but when we entered there were bodies everywhere and a girl just standing there shocked. She dropped near the boy's body. "Dani please c'mon wake-up. Dani, c'mon you promised me please wake up please I need you. C'mon, Luv please not now I need you now. Said ?" Nobody wanted to go near her then I walked over to her and brought her to the quiet she was still in shock. We put her in an interrogation room.

I walked back over to Phil and the others. "So you are telling me that girl killed all of those guards. Said Nik" "Yeah we got there and there were bodies. Said Nat" "someone goes talk to her. Said Maria" "I will." They all walked to the glass and I walked into her. "Hey, there." No response. "I'm Clint what's your name." She stayed quiet. "Do you even know what S.H.I.L.E.D means because I don't?"

She stayed quiet so I got up to leave. " Strategic Homeland intervention enforcement and logical division. Said ??" I turned back around and sat back down and put it together. "Your right it does." "My name is Nora. Said Nora" "where are you from your parents must be worried." "I'm from New Orleans and my family doesn't even acknowledge me. If I ever hurt my sister doesn't get her way I get in trouble. Said Nora"

"Well, that doesn't sound fair." "It ain't the only person who cares for me shes on vacation with my uncle. Said Nora" "can you tell me why." "When we were little these people tried to kill me and my sister so we had to go with our aunt for a little bit then came back with our parents. Then my sister did something and they forgot about me at first I thought ok it's fine maybe they were busy so I forgave them. Then it started to happen more as I got older I always got yelled at for my sister's doing. I could be asleep and she'll blame it on me and I would get yelled at or worst. Said Nora"

"What do you mean worst." "Theirs have been a couple of times where my father tried to kill me while my aunt's uncles my mother watched because of my sister she would watch and smile as he tried to. If it wasn't for my aunt in law I would be dead by now. Said Nora" "I'll be back to you want to water." "No thank you. Said Nora" I walked out to the others they were all listening to our conversation. "What do we do now."

"Send her back to her family. Said Nik" "did you not just hear what she said. Said Nat" "Well we have to if not it's kidnapping. Said Nik" "she's just a kid. Her own family tried to kill her we have to do something. Said Tony" "we can't send her back. Said Nik" he walked off.
