"i'm not gay,megan. how many times do i have to repeat that?" i mumbled in annoyance to the short girl.

"then why did you kiss me at the party?" she questioned further,me rubbing circles into my temple in frustration.

"i was drunk okay? i wanted to experiment something. it was nothing,it meant nothing." i gritted out,her flashing me a hurt look before scurrying away.

i let out a relieved sigh before entering the cafeteria,looking for a spot to sit at. i spotted an empty table,walking over and taking a seat.

i laid my head down on the tabletop and tried to ignore the buzz of gossip and noise going around the room.

a throat clearing had me looking up,to see a taller girl with bright blue hair,grey eyes and a stunning face and figure standing opposite me.

"is it okay if i sit here?" she asked.

"yeah,sure." i said,sitting up to look at her.

"so,who are you? i haven't seen you around school before." i asked,interested in the pretty girl opposite of me.

"i'm ashley,i'm the new student from new york." she said,staring back at me.

"oh! so you're the new student everyone's talking about. welcome to clairemont high."

"yeah,i am. thanks. if you don't mind me asking,but what's your name?"

"it's samantha." i replied.

"samantha," she said,testing the name on her tongue,"i like that. it fits you."
