Y/N'S DREAM

I was sitting on the couch and Marcus walks through the front door and stomping over to me. He grabs my arm and through a me off the couch yelling.

"I HEARD WHAT YOU DID WITH JAKE! YOU WHORE!"

"Wha- what are you talking about Marcus?" I say with a tear sliding down my cheek

"DONT LIE TO ME!"

"I'm- I'm not- I'm not lying to you Marcus.." I say
"Please. Your hurting me. Let go"

"NO! HE TOLD ME WHAT YOU DID!"

He yells before throwing me into the wall

10:23am
Y/N POV

I jolted awake in a cold sweat out of breath.
I fell back onto my bed with a few tears falling down my face.

"Y/N YOU HAVE NO FOOD! IVE GOTTA GO VISIT MY SISTER! ILL BE BACK BY 5 PLEASE HAVE FOOD BY THEN!" Allison yells and then I hear the front door shuts.

I get up and change and head out to the store.

I get to the store and grab some of Allison's favorite snacks and then my stuff. I was walking over to get some extra laundry soap when I hear a familiar voice behind me.

"Y/n. Hi. Long time no see"

"It's only been 2 weeks Marcus. What do you want" I say trying not to let him get to me.

"What? Can't say hi to old friend?" He says trying to sound innocent

"Not to me. You were never a true boyfriend and hardly a friend"

He grabs my arm like he did in my dream surely to leave another bruise.

"Do not talk to me like that y/n. Have you learned nothing?"

Next time I know someone is punching him in face and falls to ground.

"Oh my god nick. Thank you"

"Shit y/n who was that guy?"

I stay silent for a few seconds

"That's my ex.. Marcus. We broke up about 9 months ago but he just can't seem to let me be" I say still crying

Nick and I are on the other side of the store my now.

"Please nick you can't tell clay about this okay? He can't know" I quickly say "he's seen how Marcus is with me. He helped once. I don't want him to know about this please."

"Hey it's okay I won't y/n. This stays between me and you." Nick says hugging me

After about a minute I pull away wiping my tears

"What are you doing here anyway?"

"Clay and George were asleep and there wasn't really any food there so I came here"  he says "what about you? Where's Allison?"

"She's visiting her sister today so I'm on my own"

"Let's go buy this food" nick says

"Yeah let's go"

We check out and nick walks me to my car.

"Soo is Allison single?" Nick asks rubbing his neck

"Why do you want to know if she's single" I ask. Then realization hits me
"OH MY GOD!! YOU LIKE ALLI"

"Hey shush you don't gotta tell the whole world. And anyways you have no room to talk. I know you like clay. And he obviously likes you too"

"Shut up do you want Allison's number or not"

"You didn't deny it. But yes. Yes please give me her number."

"Alright fine. Give me your phone."

"Hehe thank you y/n"

"Of course nick"

Nick helps me put my groceries in my car and we go our separate ways.

NICK'S POV

-what the hell. Was the Marcus guy always like that her? If he's like that with y/n when they are broken up I can't imagine how he was when they were together.-

I pulled into clays driveway and took the groceries inside.

"Hey. Where'd you go?" George asked

"Well clay barley keeps any good here so I went to the store"

"Aw, awesome" clay says walking in

"Yeah I ran into y/n there"

Nick stops in his for s split second and continued walking

"Oh yeah? What was she doing there?"

"Well Allison's gone to visit her sister for the day"

"Oh" clay says grabbing some Oreos out of a bag.
"Maybe we should go over so she's not alone all day"

-good. Knowing what happened today I don't feel comfortable with her being alone. I'm sure Marcus knows where she lives.-

"Good idea" I say smiling

"Let me shower first" George said
