chapter 1

it was a new year, this meant that it was a new me. I had to leave all the stuff my father did behind me and start fresh. Even though i am a Riddle doesn't mean i am rude and snobby. I had been to Hogwarts before but never attended the school. I have always dreamed of becoming a student at Hogwarts and now i finally am.

I got out of the train and walked  in the school.
i heard some first years saying that everybody had to go to the Great Hall for the big feast? What's that i thought to myself. i just brushed it off and walked into the Great Hall, apparently the new students have to be sorted into their houses. Everyone went silent as professor McGonagall  called up all the new students to get sorted.

She was calling students by their name to step up and sit underneath a hat, that told them which house they were in. I zoned out about what house i could be sorted in but came back from Professor McGonagall calling my name to step up front. Everyone looked at me, and i even saw some boys tracing my body. I mean i am a pretty girl, i have a nice body, nice hair, and i have a pretty face. All of a sudden the sorting hat said "SLYTHERIN!" " ugh great" i thought to myself.

I walked over to the table and sat down next to a brown headed girl who looked like she was full of herself and a tall blonde headed boy in front of me. "Well hello there, what's your name?" the brown headed girl said "oh i am Y/n...Y/n Riddle...." Suddenly everybody started whispering, i didn't really care but i don't blame them, My father is one of the most dangerous wizards in the world. "Nice to meet you Y/n Riddle, I'm Pansy Parkinson" the brown headed girl said "Nice to meet you Pansy" I look over to the blonde headed boy who was already looking at me with a smirk plastered on his face i suddenly asked "And you are?" He scoffed then said "I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy" i honestly didn't care but he was pretty cute so i was nice to him. "hmm nice to meet you Draco" i said with a smirk. All of a sudden Pansy said "Yeah he is my boyfriend" I could already tell she was brainwashed by his beauty.

After the feast i went to my common room to unpack my things, all of a sudden i felt a cold hand touch my waist i gasp and turn around to see Draco Malfoy standing there. "need some help?" i get out of his grip "No." i said firmly. "Now that's not something nice to say." He said walking in my dorm. "Ugh Whatever" instead of helping me he looked through all my stuff "Nosy much are we" i say smiling "Well i need to get to know you somehow don't I?" I grab him by his ear as he is jokingly saying "Ow" and pull him out of my dorm and shut the door. "Hey what was that for?" he says laughing. I wanted to show him that i didn't care but deep down i was giggling with happiness.
