Chapter 3 - Reawakening

Cyans POV:
God...My head hurts so damn much...where...where even am I? Why am I in a ca-... Oh, my freaking god, I KNOW where I am. It's the cave where I and Cube were attacked...attacked by Blixer himself. Dear Tri...everything hurt like hell, from being Till It's Over to quickly going back to my normal shape must've taken a toll on my physical state when I passed out in the field, to be honest, I bet it did if I ended up in Blixer's cave. I tilted my square head to the circle beside me. I rested my head on the side of Blixer, tired. When I did so, I heard a gasp from the much taller shape and I could feel his eyes looking down at me before I knew it, I got a pat on the head, it making me feel weirdly...safe near Blixer himself, near the one who caused the corruption across Paradise.

"Listen, square kid. I understand if you hate, trust me, I do bub. Just know I'm not as heartless as I come off as."

"Why would I need to hate you? Yes, you might've taken over Paradise for almost a year but...I can forgive, ya know? I know you aren't heartless Blixer, I know you have feelings like anyone else here. Just know I care about you...as a hero AND a friend,"

Blixer looked down at me, giving me a small soft hug. For some reason, I felt a warm and happy feeling in my chest when he hugged me, it was like all my injuries had disappeared when I was hugged, I felt safe and protected from harm during the hug. I soon hugged back, so I can feel warmer physically while my heart felt like it was running as fast as it could. Does this normally happen when you feel...love? Heli has told me about this before when she began dating Cap'n before the corruption. I was so unsure how to feel but I stayed there in Blixer's arms, warm and feeling happy. It was nice to feel warm like this, my heart was racing though, why did I develop feelings this quickly?
