She seemed to obey most of Owen's commands but due to her young age, she was easily distracted and had to be kept in check at all times and he had to use a more firmer tone with her to make sure she was focused.

Currently now the raptors were being trained in their hunting skills especially young Bravo with the usual pig chase. Through the enclosure, the pig raced through the thick brush squealing and grunting while Blue was first on it leading her sisters.

As they rounded the pig up ready to strike, something happened that the squad did not expect. The pig reared towards the right before running underneath Charlie's legs and was almost home free as it approached its pin, when out of nowhere Bravo took it from the side and made a kill bite right to the neck.

Once the pig was dead, the squad tilted their head curiously at the young raptor and as she released the pig's neck and let out a proud raptor chirp, Blue stalked towards her and Bravo immediately ceased her arrogant calls and lowered her head in submission to Blue knowing that she was second in command. Blue stared Bravo down before lowering her head downwards like she did those weeks ago when they first met.

But this time instead of snapping at her, she pushed the pig closer to her and backed away from Bravo. As her sisters came up thinking they were going to eat, Blue snapped at them defensively and ordered them to back away. As Owen observed this, he couldn't help but smile as he knew right away what this meant.

The raptor squad had officially welcomed Bravo to their pack.

The months that followed Bravo was growing stronger and faster. She was the fastest runner out of the squad so she would take the first run to tire out the prey then she allowed either one of her sisters to make the kill strike.

Currently she was rough-housing with Charlie by leaping up and trying to playfully bite underneath Charlie's jaw. Charlie roared and began to chase Bravo and pin her to the ground that's when Blue suddenly came out and hissed defensively at Charlie. She barked and roared at Charlie telling her to release Bravo, Charlie tried to get a chirp out but Blue wasn't having it.

Charlie had no choice but to submit and she released Bravo from her grip and little Bravo stood up and bounded towards Blue. Blue lowered her head and purred as she nuzzled her youngest sister. She chirped at her softly asking if she was okay and Bravo said she was fine and why did she have to ruin the fun game they were playing.

Blue then nudged her towards the nest they had made her just shortly after she was accepted into the pack as it was now her naptime. Bravo tried to refuse going to sleep but Blue hissed at her telling her to go, then reluctantly Bravo got in her nest and circled around inside it a few times before lying down.

Blue circled around the nest and circled herself around Bravo's nest and fell asleep curled up around her sister protectively. Owen was going around the paddock when he took notice from the catwalk of Blue sleeping protectively around Bravo and couldn't help but smile.

Ever since they accepted her into the pack, Blue has been the one most protective over little (y/n). Something that Owen would call Bravo in secret whenever he was alone with her.

"Owen!" He turned around to see the same female scientist that told him about bringing in Bravo into the pack.

"Ahh Meg, well what do you think huh? I say the girls have gotten used too little Bravo".

"We need to take her back" Meg stated bluntly. Owen did a double back.

"I'm sorry what now?"

"Our sources tell that as she grows she'll soon become too wild to tame even for you, we need to take her now".

"Now wait a second hold on! You guys practically begged me to train her and have her be introduced to the pack. And when I said no you all went behind my back and did it anyway and now you've got to take her back! Hell no!"

"Mr. Grady if we don't separate her now then she'll continue to grow more dangerous by the day until she turns on her own pack and kills them to become the new Alpha".

"You listen to me and you listen good. You even try to get rid of Bravo, you won't just be facing me. You'll be facing the wrath of the raptors as well".

"And if we don't extract her, I'll report you for incompetence and we'll revoke your license and have you booted off the island faster than you can scratch yourself" Meg sneered. Owen just glared at her then Meg continued, "We're moving her tonight, you can either allow us access or you can send in resignation to the boss". With that Meg left the raptor enclosure leaving Owen to his thoughts.

Later that night as Bravo was sleeping in her nest for the night, the lights of the enclosure suddenly turned on and Bravo looked up and soon loud noises came from all over the compound.

Bravo got up on her feet and took off running and soon gunshots were heard as Bravo twisted and turned through the brush. Suddenly she was shot in the leg and she went down and started crying out for help. Soon security forces all with guns trained forward as they slowly moved towards Bravo.

She continued to cry out for help and that's when suddenly Echo jumped out and attacked one of the guards. Charlie and Delta soon came around and took down a few guys too until finally Blue jumped right over Bravo and roared protectively.

Her sisters soon joined in the protective circle and each of them snarled and hissed around at the lights and the guards that they could see from the catwalk above. Just before they started firing Owen's voice called out for them to stop. He soon came down into the light and cried out to them.

"Hold it! Hold your fire. Do not fire!" The guards all looked down towards Owen and he stood before his raptors who hissed and snapped at him defensively especially Blue as she huddled herself around Bravo. "Easy girls, easy". He then turned towards the guards and held his arms outwards and he proclaimed out loud, "You want (y/n) then you'll have to shoot me dead first!"

"Mr. Grady stand down!"

"No. In fact I'm not gonna let you do this. Thing is these raptors aren't just experiments or subjects created from a test tube. They're family, and I don't abandon family. These girls either stay together or you'll suffer the consequences of your actions. With a simple command if you take one more shot at (y/n), I can have all of you terminated by her sisters. And if you revoke my license, go ahead. I'll just bring the girls with me and sneak them off the island myself just like you all have been sneaking around behind my back ever since (y/n) was born. Make your choice".

There was silence for almost a good five minutes when finally the command was to stand down and call off the extraction.

"Thank you, oh and tell your boss Mr. Wu that if he has a complaint just come meet me right here in this paddock himself and to not send in any of his laggies to do his business". Once the paddock was cleared off of any security guards or armed forced, Owen turned towards his raptors and they all just looked at them.

Blue slowly walked up towards Owen purring softly but tilted her head at him. The two of them stared at each other intensely before Owen softly extended out his hand and Blue sniffed his palm before leaning her head against his palm as a symbol of trust.

"That's it. I promise we won't let anyone take our (y/n) away from us". It was then Bravo, who was starting to come out of the tranquilizer drug, began to stand up. Still a bit wobbly but Echo managed to gently push her head against Bravo to help keep her steady. She chirped at her sisters before spotting Owen.

She let out a happy call before bounding up to him and nuzzled his leg. He smiled and bent down and held his hand out which made Bravo nuzzle and nudge his hand as she purred before plopping herself down by his leg and curling up like she was ready for bed.

Owen stroked her back as he felt the motor of her purrs as he rubbed her back and soon the rest of the raptor squad joined in and for the rest of the night the six of them lay there cuddled up together like a real raptor pack.
