Jonathan has a swear jar. Whenever you swore in the house, you'd have to put a quarter in a jar. It was also to make some money to rebuild the mansion.
It's not really a head canon but I have an AU where Jonathan lives inside his handkerchief when he died. Like Erina kept it and now Jonathan's ghost is just living in the handkerchief-

He doesn't like ties, but his father dressed him up in them and him being the gentleman he is, he literally complies.
He likes Aesop's fables. He loves the morals in them and that's how he gained his gentlemanly spirit and personality.
He'll awkwardly leave the room when people don't laugh at his joke. Or he repeats it, thinking they didn't hear it-
Jonathan smiled when he died. He had a smile just because him and DIO will be together, pretty much not dying alone. DIO judged him later when he found he he smiled thru his death-
