Introduction

The fitness gram pacer test is a multi stage aerobic capacity test, that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds, line up at the start.

We all walk to the start line

The running speed starts slowly, but get faster each minute after you hear this signal

Beep!

A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound

Beep!

Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound your test is over. The test will begin on the word start.

moving incredibly fast
While I'm way behind them
They sure have great stamina
Especially the one with the perfect curls bouncing from side to side, her full black sport outfit complimenting her body type.

I really feel mad for those overweight kids
They are always picked on

I tend to stop when one of them gives up,So they won't be alone.

Like Rachel ruby all the way at the end
She's 210lb, have d cups and big thighs but doesn't have a lot of rolls.
Every time we do the pacer test she always tries to impress the boys but fails.
Then that's when I come in and fail with her.
She usually stops at 10
So let's speed this up

There she goes

"Hey Rachel! Wait up"

She stops in her place and waits until I reach her.

"I really tried Joe, it's like I'm in the twilight zone, I can't escape 10" rachel said so frustrated

"Yeah yeah, maybe next time Rach"

We both sit on the bench watching the girls still go
Hearing the boys talking about us because we stopped at 10
