what the fuck is scripting?!
the easiest and simplest way i can explain it is basically writing a fanfiction about yourself. "my name is [name]. i am [years old]." honestly you can write anything and everything. be careful tho. try keeping your 383738 powers balanced and keep your health in place. as i said you are a real person in your desired reality as much as you are in your current reality, so don't hurt yourself. you can also script moments you want to happen or if you are shifting into a show or something, you can script that you forget what happens so it can be more fun.
how do i script?
you don't even have to script but for safety reasons, you probably should. unless your head is an organized place. you can keep your script in your memory aka knowing where you will shift and knowing who you are. but other than that, you can script on any electronic device, you can script on paper, on a wall if you dare. honestly anything does it. but if you are going to use the pillow method, copy your script on paper cause putting an electronic device under your pillow can be unlhealthy for you. not because of anything, but basic biology ahaha.
