"But dad," Jaehyun suddenly spoke up and cleared his throat. "y/n doesn't want to get married to Doyoung now because she have someone else now.." the half said looking at you. The same look he gave you when you officially met him four years ago.

The serious look of his when he's about to prank Doyoung...

"What do you mean?" The stubborn vampire cocked his head to face the younger half, oblivious on the trap that Jaehyun is luring him to fall for. "You're kidding right?" he chuckled nervously.

"Jaehyun?" Taeil muffled, blinking his eyes with concern. The older vampire then face you. "y/n?" he asked for you two siblings to explain yourselves.

You then faced your older brother, eyeing on him and you can see the look on his eyes signaling you to let him handle this upcoming prank. You were hesitant about this one because the last time you agreed on his prank was Doyoung avoiding you for days and it made you broken for a tiny bit.

But something in your mind convinced you that this will be worth the shot.

"Look, I know everything alright." The Jung started off, clearing his throat that earned two vampires' attention. "My sister met a guy eight months ago and told me she likes the guy. It was a childhood friend of y/n. At first, she feels that it was wrong to accept her feeling because, you know she promised to love Doyoung despite of passing away."

"It was on and off for her and her feelings. It got complicated when Doyoung came back to life. y/n knows that her feeling towards hyung never did change. She tried closing her connections on the guy but suddenly, she feels happy when he's around more than hyung. It's pretty messed up actually. She loves you and yet, she loves the guy too."

"But, y/n realized she's just living up the memories hyung and she have before. She doesn't love hyung anymore, just the fragment of memory. And instead, she loves the guy more, which I don't want to say his name because who knows what Doyoung-hyung will do. And I'm helping y/n to figure things out and sneaking her to spend time with the guy, she just loves him.." the Jung narrated, explaining nothing but the lies.

Your eyes never left your brother as he explain something beyond non-existent. You find yourself blushing, not because it was true (Jaehyun's story is false and you don't even have a childhood friend at all) but because you couldn't believe he made that up in a matter of seconds. You can't believe him right now and you can feel that he uses his talent on making good convincing stories towards his girlfriend, a lot.

"But y/n told me he still loves me?" Your boyfriend asked, raising a brow at the male. He finds it suspicious and questionable, he knows you'll never find things from him. He then heard your brother explaining that you indeed love him, before. "Then if that's so, what's with the sweetness? taking care of the kids and you saying you'll never replace me ever?" He asked once again, this time at you. He's starting to believe that the younger half is messing with him again just how Jae does every now and then.
