"Sweet gods, did you get the life sucked out of you?!" Gaara looked worried as he opened the car door for her, Y/n flopped into the seat as Gaara drove off to her house.

"That's good!" Gaara parked into her drive way and let Y/n out. She walked over to his window and told him to lower it down, he hesitated but still did what you asked. Y/n pulled the collar of his hoodie and gave him a sloppy kiss almost knocking him backwards.

"A LITTLE WARNING NEXT TIME WOULD BE GREAT!" His face was so red that Y/n started to compare it to a clown's nose, she giggled and shrugged.
"But surprises are more fun this way!" Y/n poked his cheek before giving him one last kiss and waving him goodbye.
She walked into her house, seeing that their was no parents.
'Home alone..' she walked up the stair and tossed her bag to the side as she laid down on her bed trying to go back to sleep. It didn't work until she pulled out some homework, she slowly put her head down and went off to sleep...

Small drops fell onto Y/n's face as she slowly opened her eyes, seeing a crying faces around her. She looked over at Gaara who pulled her into a hug,
"Huh what's going on?!"
"We thought you died sensei!" Yuji and Nobara yelled from the crowd,
"WOW I WAS DEAD?! damn that's wild, did you die as well Gaara?" He nodded as Y/n sighed and petted his hair.

"I guess we're a zombie couple! Oh Naruto you're here as well!" She waved at him as wiped away some tears from Gaara's eyes.
"Y/n!" He pulled both of them into a hug, They were caught up with the situation, Gaara had his jinchuriki removed while Y/n had almost had gotten her eye removed until Naruto and the others had broken in. The only reason they were even alive right now was because Lady Chiyo had given her life to the both of them. Y/n lifted up up crop top showing off The big hole was gone and replaced with a scar,

"That explains this.." Nobara had covered top half since Y/n had almost flashed half the village, leaving a disappointed audience.
"You still look as beautiful as always Sensei!" Yuji hopped in to cheer up the mood, Sukuna was about to disagree but Megumi already stepped in to stop him.
"Aw I'm flattered-" Gaara pulled Y/n away from the pink headed boy and closer to him.
'A jealous Gaara?!' Y/n smiled stood up and helped him up.

"I've never been in such heaven!"
"Y/n are you okay?" Naruto asked as she started to speed walk practically dragging Gaara with her.
"I'm fantastic." They had made it back to Suna with speed and shared a small moment of silence for Lady Chiyo. They buried her and payed their respects,
"I'm so glad that we're still here, I had a dream experience while I was dead."
"Agreed, thank you Naruto." Naruto rubbed the back of his neck in a bashful manner.

"Ah before I forget!" She pulled out cards and handed them out to Naruto along with the others,
"What's this?"
"That's our save the date, Gaara and I are finally getting married!" Their reactions were priceless, Y/n started to burst out laughing with Gaara quietly chuckling.

"Already?!" Naruto shook them both with Sakura nodding in agreement.
"Isn't it too soon??"
"Nah we've waited like what? 6 or 5 years?" Gaara nodded,
"It might seem impulsive but it's better now then never.."
"Look at him being serious, it's cute!" Y/n poked him with Naruto joining in. The leaf shinobi had to leave right away to report to the Hokage so Y/n and Naruto quickly started to update each other about their lives,

"You have your own team?!"
"I know right, I love my team as if they were my own." Y/n smiled as she talked about her students like if they were her kids.
"Any progress on emo boy?"
"None he's still with Orchimaru.." Y/n slightly pouted but swing her arm around Naruto,
"That's still something, That boy is going to be the death of us I swear.." She sighed as Naruto laughed at her comment, she gave him a little wave goodbye while standing by Gaara.

"Ah I miss them already!"
"They've only just left, Y/n"
"I know but there energy is so nice" They walked back into the village with Gaara dragging her around,
"I'm starting to feel like a ragdoll.."
"We're almost home." Gaara opened the door and they both flopped onto the couch at the same time, Y/n ran her fingers through her hair while tracing her new scar around her stomach while Gaara just gazed at her.

"Hey Y/n.."
"Yes?"
"I love you and I'm happy that you're going to be my w-wife.." He hid his face in his hands as Y/n begged him to repeats those words.
"That was kind of out of nowhere, I love that!"
"Don't expect to it everyday."
"Nah I'll expect an 'I love you' everyday."
"Fine.." Y/n grabbed a throw blanket and covered the both of them since Shukaku was no longer part of Gaara's body he could finally sleep without worrying about his jinchuriki taking over him.

"You ready?" He nodded as he rested his head on your chest listening to your heart beat, Y/n was extremely happy as she gently played with small strands of his hair only slightly tugging.

"Sweet dreams my sweet husband.."
