I didnt have control over my body. I jumped infront of jace the knife landed in my chest and shots went off

''jace look out" jacob brought him to the ground

''destiny!" i fell to the floor ''there he is" jace stood up looked at me then let out a cry the air shifted i felt his pain and anger i wanted to let him know i was ok but i couldnt move or speak

''iv got him" jacob disapeared and so did jace i could still here him feel him but i couldnt see him it got quiet they must have gotten him. I felt a hand on my arm.

JACE'S POV

Blood so much blood i didnt know what to do or how to stop the bleeding if only magnus was here

''he's dead" i didnt look at him ''she isnt going to make it not with that wound" jacob said

''shut up" i said clenching my teeth how could i have let this happen when did she get here and how did she find us.

''lets go before more hunters come" he said putting a hand on my shoulder i smacked away his hand

''no im not leaving her" i screamed

''jace more hunters will come you will die"

''then i die" i glared at him how could i possibly live without her? life would be lonely even though i have magnus and now zsadist eternity seems like torture if she wasnt there. I grabbed her hand she didnt move or open her eyes there seemed to be no life in her now

''jace she's gone" he whispered ''we need to go" i nodded slowly

''i cant leave her here" i said scooping her up i walked all the way back to the house jacob a few feet behind me giving me some space

''you should have stayed at the house why did you have to come" i asked her even though i knew i wont get an answer we got back to the house desirea was sitting on the couch with brandon

''OH MY GOD is she..." she couldnt say the word i nodded she touched her face lightly i let out a growled which made her jump back i dont know what came over me but i didnt want anyone touching her

''im sorry" i said and took destiny into the room shut the door behind me and laid her on the bed. The knife was still in her chest i didnt know if i should pull it out i called for magnus

''yes sir?"

''what do i do?" i whispered covering my face with my hands

''ill do it" he walked over and slowly pulled the knife out ''ill stitch it up if you like?" i nodded once i couldnt watch him stitch her up cause i never thought this would happen to her cause i would always keep her safe but i didnt and now iv lost her

''it is done" he said i nodded

'' thank you magnus" i said he walked out i grabbed a washcloth and washed all the blood off from her chest the door opened

''jace" zsadist said ''im sorry" i looked at him then walked out everyone was ready to go to war

''we are behind you" brandon said

''whats the plan?" jacob asked with an evil grin

''this is my war" i said sasha pushed her way through the guys and smacked me

''you idiot" she glared at me ''we are helping you whether you like it or not she was part of this family to all of us cared about her and whats worse is her sister had to be dragged in this she probably wants whoever was responsible for this dead" i looked at desirea a dark cloud hung over her she didnt look at me or anyone she had a blank look

''whats your plan?" zsadist asked coming up behind me i looked at everyone then at the room destiny was in

''dont worry sir she will still be here when you return" magnus said with a small smile ''and i shall take care of desirea"

I looked at everyone once again ''well?" sasha said

''they die.....tonight" they let out a shout and we all left the house on our way to the hunters with me leading zsadist by my side and the others aswell

''sasha go get everyone from the east"

''ok" she went to the east

''jacob the west"

''on it"

''brandon zsadist" they both looked at me

''kill every hunter that crosses your path no prisoners" they nodded and we took off.
