I smiled through my irritation, and said "Yes, Kiley?"
"Hey, Renee! Look I have a test I have to do in my 3rd period class, so you will have to do prep yourself."
I thought for a moment, because Kiley, Nick, and I have 3rd period class togather and we have no test planned.
"Uhh, but we don't have a test planned for class?"
"I was absent that day we toke the last chapter test, so I have to make it up, or no pep rally for me." She stated. I sighed in desperation, "Ok, Kiley I'll handle the rally, prep myself. Good luck on your test."
"Thanks, dearie I'll see you in 4th period for the pep rally."
The call ended with a click, as I sat on my bed, in a heap of sadness. There is no way Kiley has a make-up test today, our last chapter test was last week, and she was there. Kiley is never absent.
