"WHAT? HOW DID THAT HAPPENED??"
I heard dad shouted and i think i know why.
"Ugh bakit ngayon pa?! Sige, I'll go there tomorrow nalang.... okay bye, thank you."
"Dad?? why?" i asked as i go to him. He sat on our couch and massage his temple.
"Felix resigned. This is stressing me out!"
"what? really?" I pretended to be shocked.
"Yes, and di ko man lang sya nakausap."
" Don't worry, dad. You'll find someone better soon." I assured him
"Magaling si felix elle, di ko sya pwedeng basta basta i let go nalang."
"Pero dad sya na kusang umalis, let him be."
"Yung nga ang di ko maintindihan, maayos naman syang nag tatrabaho, malaki sweldo nya, bakit---- teka nga"
uh-oh...
"Everen Raelle Calli, do you have something to do with this?" He asked with so much authority, and i hate it.
"W-what??? Are you blaming me? You told me yourself, he resigned!!" Pag papanggap ko.
"I know you... You're doing this for that bas--" He was about to say that but i cut him off.
"Dad! Okay, fine! I told him to leave!!"
" Alam mo ba ginagawa mo ha raelle? Why would you do that?" Galit na talaga nyang tanong.
Why do i even bother, he's been like this ever since... ever since that day..
"Because he's old already, and i think kuya is more deserving than him!"
"You just can't tell someone to resign just because you want to, raelle!!" Napaiwas ako sa biglang pag sigaw nya.
"This is the first time i did that dad, and i don't regret it even the slightest. Kuya will replace his place."
"You can't do that--"
"Of course i can, i share more than half in MOM'S company so you can't tell me otherwise. Excuse me." I said fiercely and left.
Why can't he give him a chance? If mom was here, i know everything will be alright...
We were fine before, but when mom died and dad got blinded by money? I knew from that day that everything will change .

Months later......
"Kuya?? Where are you??" I shouted as i got to his condo.
I continued searching for him till i heard someone coughing. I immediately go to his room and saw him sitting on the floor.
"Kuya!!! What happened? Tell me!!" I shouted worriedly, he's so pale!
"I'm okay, princess. Wag ka na mag alala kay kuya.." He said while softly caressing my cheeks.
"No!" My eyes are now full of tears. "Let's go to the hospital please?"
"No, im okay. Trangkaso lang to." He said and stood up only for him to fall again.
