Mikael lunged for esther but klaus stopped him that put a smile on mikael's face "oh my dear boy would you like to die right now?" Mikael asked with a smirk "no I wouldn't want to die at all mikael but leave mother out of this. this is between us not mother or Finn or Rebekah or Elijah but just between us let us talk first and see can we come to agreement mikael what do you say?" Klaus asked "not a chance in hell I've waited for over a thousand years to kill you and I'm not about to let this chance pass me by" mikael said klaus suddenly felt fear just like the first time mikael tried to kill him all those years ago "but what about elena as elena is no longer human I don't have any need for her you don't need to protect her anymore you can come home with us" Esther tried to reason with mikael "weren't you listening esther I have feelings for another you can go to hell" mikael all but yelled in Esther's face "who elena?" Esther said "so what if it is Esther elena is thousand times better than you" mikael said then ripped out klaus's heart right in front of Esther "noooooooooo" Esther let out a piercing scream "go now before I kill you" elena said to Esther she nodded and left
