Believe it or not, they are both boys. They are a couple. The one with light blue hair is Rei and the one with the sea foam hair is Zack. They are a couple. They're ship is called Zackarei. Similar to Zachary.
They were originally in an arranged marriage set by their parents but in truth they really do like each other.
Rei is the definition of CLINGY and he can be a bit of a Yandere.
Zack is more of a Tsundere and a Kuudere. Like... all work no play. He is the king of teasing though.
