The car's headlights seem to blind me and I seemed to be frozen in front of the road. Time felt frozen and I didn't hear anything not even the car's roaring engine coming towards me. I just closed my eyes and then the impact of the car made me fly into the air and then plummet down to the floor and get knocked out unconscious. I can tell whenever I lose consciousness, I always feel like I'm falling. I should probably ask Kaylee why that happens all of a sudden now, my life feels like its never going to be the same anymore. I lost my mom, my heart felt like someone took it and stomped on it. I will never hear her voice again and I never got to say I love you to her, the last thing I said to her was in a text about me hanging out with Melinda. Come to think of it, when I checked my texts my text about that wasn't there. Why did that happen? Did Kaylee do something to my phone? My eyes open to the bland wall of a hospital. A nurse approached me with a clipboard and pen, I wonder how long I was out.
"Hello"
I lifted my self up and spoke
"Hi"
"How are you feeling"
"Terrible but not because of the hit from the car"
"Oh are you talking about the woman found dead in the house?"
"Yeah she was my mother"
"I'm sorry to hear that"
"If I was there earlier I might of saved her"
"Oh and thats exactly what these people here came to ask you about, that thing that you were next to on the road"
Three men in a black suits came in through the door and told the nurse to leave.
"Young man, you're part of the KHA correct?"
"Yes"
"We're going to have to take you into custody"
"What! Why?" I got up from the hospital bed and clenched my fists I wasn't about to go to wherever they're taking me after what I've been through.
"You are part of an organization that the CIA has been trying to get rid of, you can come with us quietly or we'll take you by force" I'm not going to die, not yet.
"You'll have to take me by force" I launch out the window and used my telekinesis while in mid air to wound them by throwing the broken glass at them, now the fall is the thing I have to worry about.
