Many people get confused with shifting and astral projection.
Shifting is where you shift your conscience into your desired reality, wether it be where you are dating a celebrity or in your favourite tv show. A clone replaces your physical body though you are still connected to it.
Astral projection is your soul completely leaving your body, your only contact with your body is a thin silver cord. It is also known and "obe" (out of body experience). It allows you to travel through the universe without your physical body. Astral projection is very dangerous and not just anyone has the power to do it or is protected enough to do it. I'll have a book about it soon if you wish to know more.
As you can see shifting and astral projection are very different, shifting is much safer and although astral projection is cool, shifting is much more fun!
