This will not follow the Story of Azur lane and the Anime this will be my Own plot and I don't own Azur lane they belong to Yostar, Yongshi and Manjuu and thats it.
A base that is covered in snow, and giant icebergs that is shape of a giant rectangular pillar. In the sky was filled with an ominous aura that it's now visible to the others, the entire factions were in turmoil.
You could see someone in the base, and looking in the sky.

Her eyes gaze in the ominous aura that is slowly filling up the entire sky. Her name is Sovetsky Soyuz, the leader of the North Parliament.
"Mirror sea is about to formed in this world. To think we would see it by our own eyes." Soyuz said on her thoughts. "What on earth is happening before us." Soyuz added.
Somewhere around the Ocean.
You could see Akagi is standing on the top of a giant pillar, with a platform on the end. You could see Akagi smiling for her plan was about to begin.
The tower has an aesthetic of a siren technology, and below Akagi was the other members of the Sakura Empire. Which to their core was shocked the entire world was filled with those ominous aura that reach to the end of the sky.
"Akagi-san! What are you doing?!" Shoukaku said in fear, and shocked.
"What am I doing? This is my last resort to gain what I need! For the Sakura Empire as well!!" Akagi shouted.
"Let them tremble by the power of the Sakura Empire!" Akagi added.
Then suddenly, the ocean shook, and 12 pillars that is shape of an obelisk emerge from the water, and ascend to the sky. The Sakura Empire was wary of Akagi's action as they prepared for an invasion of a siren that would attack them. But not a single siren appeared before them.
"I told you, this is the power of the Sakura Empire!" Akagi said with a firm voice, then at the tip of the obelisk an energy sphere appeared, and fired a straight beam in the sky along with the other obelisk and forming into a giant energy sphere from top of Akagi, and then finally fired a giant Beam from the sky causing a space and time distortion in the process.
Then the entire world was gulf in a bright light, that cause the entire world to be in chaos. Everyone was blinded by that light that they had to cover their eyes.
Then the light slowly disappeared, and everyone open their eyes and they saw the entire world had change into night sky, and it the sky was different. You could see a crimson cloud on top of Akagi, that is going around in circles and the middle of that was a giant energy sphere, that the obelisk is supporting the energy.
There was no light, only darkness around the world, there are no single trace of humans or animals could be seen.
"Oh! Azur lane I welcomed you to my world!!" Akagi said on her thoughts, below her was Kaga with a worried look on her face.
