(Prologe) Princess?

It was what I thought what was going to be a fairly normal day.

"(Y/n) (l/n) and Marco Deiz to the principal's office!"

Before that happened.

I sigh walking over to my only friend Marco as he was trying to look cool and grabbing his hood to get him out of the class.

"Hey don't drag me by the hood!" He said as I let go and we walked to the office. Once we got there we were greeted by the principal and a blond girl. We looked at the principal in confusion as he smiles.

"Marco (y/n) ! I want you to meet our new foreign exchange student – Star Butterfly." He said and I waved as Star presses a button on the water fountain before jumping back and growling at it as she aims a weird thing at it.

"Huh?" Marco asked and the principal spoke again.

"I need a responsible, never-take-chances type to keep an eye on her, and who better than you, the safe kids?" He asked and I sighed shaking my head as Marco's eyes widened.

"What?! No-no-no-no! I am completely wrong for this. I'm a misunderstood bad boy." He said and the principal laughed before pinching his cheek.

"You're adorable! Now I'm off to the ice cream shop. Daddy's getting all 52 flavors!" He said running off and I sighed sadly

"Lucky." I said and walked with Marco to Star as she tries to eat the water fountain before we wave and she waved back enthusiastically before we gave her the tour.

"Thanks for showing me around safe kids." Star said and we looked at her.

"What? No whatever you heard about me isn't true. I don't know where people get the idea I'm so safe!" Marco said and I smiled.

"And I'm not as safe as people think." I said as we walked by a tile on the floor that I tripped on.

"Watch out loose tile." Marco said as I tripped.

"It's ridiculous!" He said and closed a locker that I was going to run into.

"Careful. You wear a helmet in the gym shower one time, and you're labeled for life!" He said before pushing us around some broken glass.

"Oop. Broken glass." He said before continuing his rant.

"Frankly, I like taking risks and would welcome a little danger in my life." He said before Star waves her stick thingy and a giant butterfly monster comes out scaring us and flying away with a student as he screams in terror.

"What the hell just happened?" I asked and Marco looked at me.

"Yeah what was that?" He asked Star.

"Oops I thought you wanted a little danger." She said and we looked at her suspiciously.

"Who are you?" Marco asked and she smiled.

"I'm a magical princess from another dimension." She says as she makes a rainbow with her wand with some little animals before it caught on fire. I look at her confused as a bunny jumps into my arms and the other animals run away. I look at it and pet is smiling a bit.

"Well, that brings us to the end of our tour. I'm going home now." Marco said and ran off as Star waved bye happily. The bunny then ran away and I frown again.

"So other new friend what's your name?" Star asked and I looked at her.

"(Y/n)." I said putting my hand out and she smiles shaking it.

"Nice to meet you (Y/n)!" She said before running off leaving me confused. Shrugging I put my headphones on and listen to music walking home. After a while I got home to see a castle thing coming out of Marco's house as Marco stomps by with a rain cloud above his head. I look as he kicks a cactus off his foot and walk to his house. I knock on the door and Star looked out.

"(Y/n) haiiiii!!!" She said happily and I smile a bit.

"Do you know what happened to Marco?" I ask and she frowns coming outside.

"I accidentally sucked everything in his room into a black hole and then made a rain cloud on the top of his head and then he fell out of the window." She said looking down and I sigh.

"Well let's go try to make it up to him." I say and she smiles.

"You know where he's going?" She asks and I nod.

"I have an idea of where he is at this very moment." I say and we walk to the gas station. After walking and getting to know her I can say that she was really fun. Once we got to the gas station we saw Marco wet outside the store trying to get someone to get him a refill.

"Wa-ha! Whoa! What are you doing here?" He asks her before she made the rain cloud disappear.

"I didn't get a choice about coming here to Earth, and you didn't get a choice about having to deal with me. I'll... I'll find another family to live with." She said and Marco looked at her sadly and then nervous before he pointed.

"G-g-guys..." he said and we turned around to see a bunch of monsters.

"Star Butterfly at last I've found you." A small bird man said making me tilt my head.

"Ludo! How did you know I was here?" Star asked and he smirked.

"Wouldn't you like to know." He said and she looked at him confused.

"Yeah that's why I asked." She said before He spoke.

"Well, Buff Frog—hey! I don't have to tell you anything!" He said and I spoke.

"Who's kid is that?" I asked and he, Ludo as Star called him, looked at me angrily.

"I'm not a child! Get them!" He yelled and the monsters started attacking making me get ready to fight back before Marco karate chops a three eyed monster in the face.

"You can fight?" Star asked and he nodded.

"It's called karate." He said and she smiled as we all started attacking. Once we were done Star looked at Ludo.

"You want some Ludo?" She asked and he sighed.

"No." He said before grabbing some scissors and opening some kind of portal.

"You see, you morons?! This is what happens when you don't work out! Your muscles are like pudding! Come on, back in the portal, back in the portal. You even retreat like losers!" He yells before jumping into the portal and looking at us.

"I'll get you, Star Butterf—!" He said before getting choked out by the portal and disappearing.

"That was amazing! I was amazing! You were amazing!" He said happily making me smile.

"Yeah!" I yelled pumping my fist in the air.

"Yeah. I guess we were. ...Well... I should probably go pack my bags." Star says and I looked at her walking away sadly as Marco goes to her.

"Hold on I want you to stay with us." He said and she smiled.

"Really?" She asked and he nodded making her hug him.

"Are there gonna be monsters attacking us all the time?" He asked and she nodded as we all walked to our houses.

"Probably." She said making him smile.

"Sweet sounds dangerous! Whoa whoa! Let's cross at the light." He said and we chuckled.

"Ok wild man." Star said and shot a beam into the sky.
