Friendzoned (A Star Wars Rebels Fanfiction: Sabine and Ezra)

Outside the Ghost

Sabine and Ezra wandered off the Ghost to explore...stuff. They first helped the people with goods and food, then they searched for nearby empire TIE fighters. "Hey, Sabine, wanna ride one of these?" Ezra asked. Sabine raised a brow and held Ezra's shoulder. "Ezra, you know Hera wouldn't allow us to do that. She only had our permission to destroy these after we help the citizens, not to ride one of these," Sabine replied. Ezra frowned. Let's act childish today, he thought. "C'mon, Sabine! Let's ride this then explode it right after!" Ezra convinced. Hearing the word explode made Sabine smile.

"Okay, but let's make sure the empire doesn't catch us," Sabine smirked, her hand leading Ezra inside the TIE fighter. "Let's cut out that red and blue thing first," Ezra remembered the last time he and Zeb came riding a TIE fighter. Sabine cut off the wires and Ezra drove the TIE fighter.

"A-ah! Kid! You sure you can ride this thing?" Sabine shouted, them almost crashing. "Pretty sure I could! I saw Zeb ride one of these!" Ezra boasted off. They were going to hit the ground, but luckily, Sabie led them to safetiness.

"How 'bout you ride this thing?" Ezra requested, rubbing the back of his neck. Sabine rolled her eyes and sat on the driver's seat. "Move," she said. Ezra raised his eyebrows. "Well, let's share this seat, shall we?" Sabine added. Ezra blushed. "Oh, y-yeah...He-heh," he stuttered, moving to the right side of the seat for Sabine to sit. Sabine led them up on the clouds and smiled. She never had fun with Ezra in times like this. "Hang on!" Sabine warned as she made a fall. "W-what are you doing?!" Ezra asked, tightly clutching on the seat. "Don't worry, this would be fun!!!!" Sabine exclaimed, laughing at the young man's face. She placed graffiti all over the window of the TIE fighter and got ready for the explosion. "A-Ahhhhhhh!!!!" Ezra screamed. Sabine grabbed Ezra out of te TIE fighter and pushed the button for explosion right when it crashed on the ground. Sabine and Ezra fell on the ground safely and laughed. "Nice one, Sabine," Ezra laughed. He didn't notice one thing, though. He was on top of Sabine!!!

"U-uh, I--He-heh," he stuttered. Sabine went off of him and smiled. She helped Ezra as their eyes met. Ezra looked away and blushed fiercely. "So, let's go back to the Ghost," Sabine said. "Yeah, we still need to get Kanan back to safety," Ezra responded. "Spector (A/N I forgot the real spelling sorry..but if it's correct then..yeah) 5 and 6, we need you now in the Ghost! We have to save Kanan from the empire," Hera called. Sabine and Ezra smiled. "Spector 5 and 6 coming," they said in unison.

As they reached the Ghost, they were bumping each other's shoulder's "Sure had fun today," Sabine smiled. "Yeah, wanna do it again?" Ezra asked. Sabie laughed. "Right after we save Kanan, dork..Race you to my room!" Sabine replied. "Ha-ha," Ezra fake-laughed as he chased Sabine.
