after the meeting finished wiera found herself standing with remus.
they hadn't exchanged words so far.
suddenly remus broke the silence.
"how are you?"
she looked at him as if he had three heads.
"oh just brilliant! i practically forgot i could do magic and then suddenly i get a message that the person who supposedly killed my brother and best friend was innocent and that my other friend betrayed them! then i have to attend this meeting and deal with a fucking war once again. i met the person who made my life miserable and the person i absolutely hate for what he's done oh look! this person is you!"
it was silent for a while.
"i shouldn't have left you."
wiera scoffed. "wow! let me tell you what sherlock holmes: you. are. unbelievable. you left me after every single person left me. they didn't have a choice but you had. they were dead but you were alive. fourteen years and not even a note. let me tell you something. i never want to talk to you ever again. we are here for harry and nothing else. "
and without waiting for a response wiera left.

"poor w. he just left her. she had to go through so much alone. and now she has to work with him!" marlene rolled her eyes and turned to james. "5 galleons they are snogging by the end of this month." james jumped up and answered. "i say they aren't snogging until christmas." marlene smirked. "you're on."

after her and remus' conversation, wiera was sadder than she had been in the last few years. she would be lying if she'd say she doesn't still have feelings for him because wiera potter is very much in love with remus lupin.
she tried to move on. she couldn't.
wiera is mad at remus for leaving her and she is mad that he just abandoned her. she is mad at the fact that he didn't write her. she is mad at remus for acting as if he didn't leave her all those years ago. but mostly is she mad at herself for still loving him.
